Among them, moisture content for calcium silicate board and gypsum board gets up to 80% and 75%, respectively, in humid climatic conditions. High humidity made the partition deform and warp easily in use. ne of the methods to improve the deformation of building partition affected by humidity is to add some fibers into the partition board.   %he useless agricultural products lie rice$huss,sugar cane$dregs and coconut shell are always thrown away as thewaste without any considerations in%aiwan.#n fact, these agricultural wastes containing some natural &bers are valuable and can utili'e to improve mechanical properties of the materials.%his paper selects four natural &bers collected from bamboo, coconut shell, rice$huss and sugar canedregs,respectively, to produce natural &ber cement board considered as the building partition. e discuss material properties of natural &ber cement board includingwater absorption, bul density, length change induced by absorption of water, impact endurance,&reproof capability and heat$resistant capability.  %heexperimental results can be used as a reference inbuilding industry.  APPLICATION AREA OF FIBER CEMENT BOARDS LATONIT !
