With in-house engineering, R&D capabilities, as well as production workshops, enable individualized and sophisticated solutions to today’ s security threats.

with the Israeli Standard“ 4570” , which includes the improvements and changes that proved to be necessary during the Gulf War crisis. In comparison with European standards, the demands now

include triple the blast resistance and, because of tropical environmental

conditions, higher air fl ow rates.

A large variety of blast/explosion protection valves are available; including, overpressure blast valves (a & b), blast valves with a prefi lter (c), and intermediate blast valves for installation between the main shelter and the airlock (d).

RANGE OF ACTIVITY Detachable Systems for Protected Compartments are a series of patented, small, and mobile NBC- filtration systems serving in military and civil applications. Using newly developed filtration technologies, these easily attachable/detachable systems minimize required space and are produced at a lower cost. In Israel, the space allotted by law to protected areas (security rooms) is, in most cases, used as normal living space when needed. The end user simply installs the system within a few minutes without the need for technical support and thus, keeps the living space clear for normal use.

Large Scale Filter Banks Our partner have been installed, including hundreds of fi lter batteries, which consist of several filtration units that are connected in conjunction to a fi lter bank, creating large, collective shelters that serve hundreds or thousands of occupants.

NATO forces, European, and other armies around the world, are currently using COLPRO systems. They provide easy combination with auxiliary equipment, such as air-conditioning units and generators. FA100/50T Filtration Systems for Containers and Mobile Shelters include a complete product line with many optional accessories and have been delivered to a variety of military customers (NATO forces and others) around the world. NBC sealed air-conditioning units and other equipment can be easily integrated and quick and simple installations are typical for all container filtration systems.

Container systems are widely used to protect sensitive equipment (such as radar and communications equipment or medical facilities) that cannot be decontaminated and to ensure that critical facilities, such as command posts, can be operational in all scenarios.

RANGE OF ACTIVITY

Military/Emergency Vehicle, Ship, and Other NBC Filtration Applications are custom designed by our partner for various army authorities, fi re fi ghting brigades, ambulance services, civilian shipping-lines, and highly regarded companies all over the world. Special system customization for naval vessels, bullet-proof cars, reconnaissance and patrol vehicles, as well as solutions for fi rst responders, are available and because NBC fi lters adsorb toxic industrial chemicals (TIC’ s), the systems are ideal for disaster relief services. The systems utilize heavy-duty design, are low maintenance, have a long service-life, and due to the system’ s modular concept, calibration to various air flows is possible while using the same fi lters. Uncomplicated combination with air-conditioning units also enhances system fl exibility (NBC tight split air conditioning units are available upon request).

For vehicle, container, and tent applications, the newly patented, compact and economical, NBC filtration systems feature a highly efficient cyclone fi lter, which prevents clogging of the NBC filter. This, as well as a signifi cant reduction of carbon aging (due to moisture insensitivity) and the additional adsorption of toxic industrial chemicals (previously an entirely diff erent fi lter), enable a 24/7 eff ective capability of operation, in even the most severe conditions.

The IsoArk Medical Isolation Line of Products, designed for the simple and rapid set up of a biologically isolated environment, draw on more than 30 years of experience in the air filtration fi eld. produces portable isolation chambers, clean/sterile rooms, and stand alone air filtration systems, to isolate and contain bacterial and viral threats and for the quick and simple erection of sterile environments for patient care.

The IsoArk Series negative-pressure system isolates threats and provides a protected environment. It is a complete solution for turning any room or space into a biologically contained area. The airlock attached to the main chamber provides the capability to move easily in and out of the contaminated area without losing the negative pressure or contaminating the outside environment. The system also has the capacity of patient treatment from outside the isolation chamber, eff ectively avoiding the contamination of equipment and staff . The IsoArk series complies with accepted standards, including CDC guidelines for airborne infectious agent control and is a professional solution to biological isolation for a fraction of the cost of a permanent quarantine room.

The IsoArk - N 36 Series is a negative-pressure system for eff ective patient isolation, designed specifi cally for isolation and transport by ground or air ambulance of a single person and/or equipment. It includes its own negative pressure filtration system, a ‘ zip around’ zipper for easy access, and integrated utility portals with protective

gloves. With the battery fully charged, the system can operate for up to 10 hours without an external power source, guarantying complete isolation during transport. The collapsible and lightweight structure allows for quick set up and has minimal storage requirements.

The SteriTent is a positive-pressure portable clean room designed for rapid set up of a sterile and isolated environment. It is an ideal solution for handling patients with immunodefi ciency, hyper allergies, or severe skin burns, and can be used for laboratory work and other sensitive procedures requiring a clean and sterile environment.

Air-cleaner Assemblies and Dust Scavenge Blowers have been developed and supplied with complete air filtration systems, including air direction valves for engine air, high-temperature and vibration resistant fl exible air tubes, one-way valves, barrier and safety fi lter cartridges, cyclone upgrades, fuel pumps, pre-cleaner units, and air-cleaner enhancements for various vehicles.

Air Handling Units with fully integrated NBC fi lters for total building protection are available. Designed, manufactured, tested, and installed according to A&E design guidelines for US diplomatic buildings (SED edition), these high efficiency fi lters are integrated into our high performance air-handling units (AHU’ s) and can be confi gured for the AHU of your choice as well. Designs include protection against the internal release of chemical and/or biological agents (for when fi ltering re-circulated air) and all units are developed for continuous 24/7 operation. The 3 stage fi lter design is of the highest quality and efficiency and the HEPA fi lter (biological fi lter) combines the highest efficiency possible with the lowest possible pressure drop inside the building.

Developments, Examinations, and Designs are an ongoing process, requiring extensive research and participation with the Israeli Ministry of Defence to advance developments, create product improvements, and produce complete product designs.

Consultation and Advice To frequently assist governmental agencies with its knowledge and expertise, is instrumental in developing national guidelines concerning filtration systems.
