Gagarin's Start[1] (Russian: Гагаринский старт, Gagarinskij start) is a launch site atBaikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan, used for the Soviet space program and now managed by the Russian Federal Space Agency.
The launchpad for the world's first human spaceflight made by Yuri Gagarin on Vostok 1 in 1961, the site was referred to as Site No.1 (Площадка №1, Ploshchadka No. 1) as the first one of its kind. It is also sometimes referred to as NIIP-5 LC1, Baikonur LC1 or GIK-5 LC1.
The Cuban missile crisis, – known as the October crisis in Cuba and the Caribbean crisis in the USSR – was a thirteen-day confrontation between the Soviet Union and Cuba on one side and the United States on the other; the crisis occurred in October 1962, during theCold War. In August 1962, after some unsuccessful operations by the US to overthrow the Cuban regime (Bay of Pigs, Operation Mongoose), the Cuban and Soviet governments secretly began to build bases in Cuba for a number ofmedium-range and intermediate-range ballistic nuclear missiles (MRBMs and IRBMs) with the ability to strike most of the continental United States.

Government responsibility for health Universal access to free services A preventive approach to “social
diseases” Quality professional care A close relation between
science and medical practice Continuity of care between health
promotion, treatment and rehabilitation.
The diverging paths of Russia and other industrialized nations with respect to health status from the 1960s has been attributed to the failure of the Russian health care system to successfully respond to the epidemiological transition.
The paternalistic Soviet philosophy did not encourage the development of responsibility of the individual with respect to lifestyle issues that have a major bearing on health (alcohol use, smoking, diet, etc.), a situation exacerbated by the heavy dependence on alcohol sales as a means of circulating currency in a country with little access to consumer goods.
Soviet medical science was effectively isolated from developments in the West
