Frequently Asked Questions What is deposit policy? Is the deposit refundable?

Once you’re ready to reserve your yacht and your date, we will present you with an initial contract and request a

ten days prior to the event. Refunds for cancelled cruises are not issued unless we are able to reschedule the yacht for the same date and time minus a 10% administrative fee.

Most of our vessels have indoor space that is climate controlled. A Watermark® Event Planner will help you choose a vessel that will allow your group to have an unforgettable experience, even if it rains. Our Captains and Operations sta�s have guest and vessel safety as the number one priority, as Watermark’s safety record will show. Sta� pay close attention to the weather. Weather may dictate speci�c routes and occasional dockside time to ensure comfort for you and your guests.

Are your vessels handicap accessible?Our vessels are handicapped accessible. Please discuss special needs with your Event Specialist so we can choose the best boat for your guests.
