Ramakrishna Math and Mission at Khar (Mumbai) was started

around 1925 due to the inspiration given by Shri Lokmanya Tilak.

Subsequently Charitable Dispensary and Hospital of the Mission was

started within its premises.

Ramakrishna Mission Hospital at Khar is well equipped with Seventy

bedded Hospital with state of the art Ophthalmology, ENT,

Physiotherapy departments in particular and excellent Surgical ,

Orthopaedic facilities (including Total hip replacement and Total

Knee replacement surgeries) and Medical facilities are available.

There is a free Charitable Dispensary where Allopathy and

Homeopathy treatments are available. Ramakrishna Mission

Hospital, Khar, Mumbai, has given Medical treatment to more than

one lac Patients in a year.

Ramakrishna Mission conducts Medical camps and they have

adopted a village called Sakwar Village at Vasai.

We are organising a Medical Seminar on Sunday, 21st February

2016 at Vivekananda Auditorium, Ramakrishna Mission Hospital,

Khar (W), Mumbai, from Morning 9.00 am onwards. The title of the

seminar is “Multi-Modality Imaging in clinical medicine ".
