They are those who
are naturalized in
accordance with the

Lost and
Acquisition of
Citizenship

or reacquired in the

SECTION 3, ARTICLE IV OF THE CONSTITUTION.
1. By naturalization in a
foreign country.
2. By express renunciation
of citizenship.
3. by subscribing to an
oath of allegiance to
foreign country.
4. By rendering services to the
armed forces of foreign
country.
5. By being a deserter of the
Armed forces of the
Philippines; and
6. by cancellation of the
certificates of naturalization.
Repatriation
Return to original status before
the person lost his/her Filipino
