Secretary (Expl.), MoPNGon 05.04.2018 at New Delhi and the previous discussions in the matter held in presence ofED-Chief ER, ED-HROMumbai Region, GM-Corporate IRat Mumbai on various dates since June/July 2017. We hereby submitting the charter of demand for Direct Employees working in Mumbai Region. Current Wage Pattern of Direct Employees Proposed Pay Revision from 01.01.1997 by ONGC (WOU) Karmachari Sanghatana 1. Basic Wages 2. Dearness Allowance (AICPI) 3. HRA@20% 4. Consolidated Allowance RS.675/- 5. Medical Allowance Rs.650/- 6. Annual Increment @ RS.70/-, 80/- and 90/- for unskilled, Semi-Skilled and Skilled respectively. 1. Revise basic wages after merging DA as on 01.01.1997 • Pay scale of Rs. 4300 for Direct Employees having qualification below SSC. • Pay scale of Rs. 4700 for Direct Employees having qualification SSC passed, ITI, NCTVT passed upto Graduation. • Pay scale of Rs. 7000 for Direct Employees having qualification Diploma in Engineering, Graduate in Engineering and Post Graduation. 2. Dearness Allowance (AICPI) treating DA nil as on 01.01.1997 Normal increase in D.A thereafter. Again Dearness Allowance (AICPI) treating DA nil as on 01.01.2007 then normal increase in D.A. thereafter. 3. Revise basic wages after merging DA as on 01.01. 2007 For all employees (Existing Basic as on 1.1.2007 + 78.2% D.,X 30% Fitment = New basic of 1.1.2007 4. Dearness Allowance (AICPI) treating DA nil as on 01.01.2007 Normal increase in D.A thereafter. Again Dearness Allowance (AICPI) treating DA nil as on 01.01.2007 then normal increase in D.A. thereafter. 5. HRA @ 30% on new basics.

This has reference to the discussions held with Jt. 1. Basic Wages

2. Dearness Allowance (AICPI)

Statutory Components such EPF, Bonus and Leave with wages should be extended accordingly.

Financial benefit on wage revision for all cases of separation based on length ofservice beyond 01.01.1997.

Pay revision for regular employees from 1.1.2017 should be made applicable toDirect Employees.
