Te universally accepted event called the equinox willoccur exactly on 3-20-2013 at 11:02 a.m. Greenwich Meanime. Some are being led to wait or the rst moon o the new year to arrive AFER this equinox (it means “equal night”). Terst new moon recognized by the older brother will arrive 3-12-13, beore the technical “center” o what we call the equinox, or

about 8 days in advance, but keep reading and you will betterunderstand how this works out perectly. Te arrival o springoen called ABIB) should not be thought o as a moment, or

even a single day. Scripture reers to the seasonal change as theEQUFAH, and it is a smooth transition into longer and warm-er days caused by the Earth’s orbit and tilt. Te sun appears todraw nearer to, and nally crosses over the Earth’s equatorialregion. Summer (kayits) and winter (khore) are the only twoeasons known to Scripture, and are taken rom the perspective

o the northern hemisphere, since the seasons are reversed orhe southern hemisphere. More about the term “tequah” will

be explained below.Te winter ends as it becomes noticeable that the Earth

s showing signs o greening, the result o the sun having ar-rived near enough to the equatorial region to cause budding tooccur. Watch or buds, and greening, and you know that “sum-mer” is near. Yahusha made such a statement at Matt. 24:32: “Ad lear this parable rm the fg tree: Whe its brachhas already becme teder ad puts rth leaves, yu kw hat the summer is ear.” Te term “leaves” means sprouts.

Summer is khayits, what we call “springtime”.When a new moon arrives when budding o trees is

apparent and green grasses becoming active, it’s the rst montho the year. It is not just barley that becomes evident, there aremany indications all around. Tere is no Scripture indicating

hat anyone is to rst go out to hunt or the appearance o barley prior to the new moon, even though that’s what most are ledo believe by those teaching them. Te barley is a grass that

ashes-up quickly and goes to seed, just like your lawn doeswhen you don’t cut it or a week or so.

During the week o Matsah, the rst-ruits o the barley was cut down (the omer, a bundle o barley), and then waved by the High Priest, oreshadowing the day o Yahusha’s resur-rection. o go out and nd barley “in the head” (seed) and thenwatching or the NEX new moon is not ound as a directive inScripture. Te term ABIB means grain, and reers to the seedhaving become ripe enough or grinding. ABIB doesn’t mean“green ears”. We oen reer to something as being “green” be-cause it is not yet ripe; but ABIB indicates the seed is ready toharvest and be ground into our.

Scripture reveals the end o winter (khore) is a “te-quah”, the change o season or circuit/cycle. Te lengtheningo the days around the time o the arrival o spring (spring iscalled kayits) produce enough warmth to start grasses to grow,

and sap in trees to begin to rise. Te act that the rst new moonthis year may be 8 or 9 days beore the ocial moment o theequinox will not matter at all to the grasses that appear with theirseed ready to harvest within a couple o weeks. One o thosegrass-like plants is barley. Tose who postpone recognizing therst new moon o the year will nd their barley also, but the rstruits will already have been harvested. Each spring there areteachers proclaiming their own views, yet when we do things aseach one sees t we are not aligned with the older brother whohas been doing this or thousands o years. It’s very easy to de-ceive people who never work with crops, isn’t it? We are workingtoward the restoration o the two houses, guided by love, andavoid contention over so-called knowledge that opposes that res-toration. People dispute over the beginning and ending o days,weeks, moons, and years. Te most obvious solution is to look to the one group that received and preserved the Living Words:
