My dear Parishioners,

Last Sunday, April 25th Most Rev. Nicholas DiMarzio has Installed me as the ninth pastor of this parish. I am grateful to God for this honor to serve you, as I have since October 2019. I wish to thank the Clergy, the staff, the trustees, the parish and financial council, and all of you parishioners and friends for your trust, your assistance and support.

I also thank Sr. Francis, the staff and board of Divine Mercy Academy.

We remember in a particular way our former pastor Fr. Paul who has just recently left us. May the Lord recompense Fr. Paul for his priestly service to the Church. May He rest in peace and may he pray for us. We remember all the pastors and priests and the many religious sisters who have gone through this parish and the school. We thank them for all their good work in the vineyard of the Lord. We thank all the lay parishioners who have worked with the clergy and religious for the good

of this parish.

On the occasion of this installation, I renew my commitment in my priestly service as a pastor in obedience to the Bishop for the good of this parish with your help and support. In my last year and a half here in this parish community, it has been very encouraging to see your faith

and love of God in action.

The truth of the teachings of Christ in Sacred Scripture, tradition and in the teachings of the Church are more vital now than ever at this point in history when the truth is challenged in many ways. The sacraments

strengthen our faith in Jesus.

The daily parish Eucharistic Adoration allows us to spend excellent time with Our Lord, praying for one another, those most in need and

for mercy especially during this pandemic.

After all, the Eucharist is "the source and summit of the Christian life”. Thank you for your response in desiring to grow in faith and a deeper spirituality through the Blessed Virgin Mary, in the Eucharist, being the center of this parish community, the center of the Church. May the Blessed Virgin Mary, the Holy Child of Mary and St. Stanislaus help and guide us in this journey to a deeper life of grace through the Eucharistic

celebration towards heaven, our heavenly home.

In Jesus through Mary,

Fr. John Tino

Franciszce, personelowi i zarządowi Akademii Bożego Miłosierdzia.

W szczególny sposób pamiętamy naszego byłego proboszcza ks. Paul’a, który niedawno nas opuścił. Niech Pan wynagrodzi ks.

Niech Najświętsza Maryja Panna, Najświętsze Dzieciątko Jezus i św. Stanisław pomagają nam i prowadzą nas do nieba i głębszego życia w łasce przez celebrację Eucharystii.

W Jezusie przez Maryję,

Ks. John Tino
