We represent an insurance carrier sued in a Section 1983 civil rights suit alleging that the insurer had conspired with police officers and prosecutors to deny insured’s home rental policy claim after a massive fire at her home.  Plaintiff alleged that insurer had denied her claim in bad faith after she was found not guilty in a criminal arson case
