x. Five (05) years age relaxation allowed by the Federal Government, if applicable, is already included in the prescribed age limit as per government policy.

xi. Regular employees of NTDC, who have completed two (02) years continuous service on the closing date of receipt of applications are allowed up to ten (1 0) years relaxation in the prescribed age limit. However, they will not be eligible for the age relaxation mentioned at Sr. ‘x’ above.

xii. Candidates applying against the Minority or Disability quota posts have to produce minority/disability certificate from concerned authority.

xiii. Positions at Sr. 01 to 07 & 13 to 19, are market competitive pay package based and the incumbents will not be regularized in service.

xiv. The BPS based positions at Sr. 08 to 12 & 20 will be considered for regularization in service after successful completion of the contract period and satisfactory performance as per rules.

xv. Incomplete applications or applications containing incorrect information shall be disqualified at any stage, even after employment, with cost.

xvi. Candidates, if selected, will be required to perform duties anywhere in Pakistan as per requirement of the Company.

xvii. No TA/ DA will be allowed to the candidates for Test or Interview. xviii. NTDC reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts or withhold the
