large size Investment Regions and Industrial Areas in the State of Gujarat

Enables the development of SIRs as global hubs of economic activity

supported by world class infrastructure, premium civic amenities, centers of

excellence and proactive policy framework

A 4-tier administrative mechanism is set up for establishment, operation,

►Provide10% of the differential amount between

Allotment Price and Land (Consent) Price.

►Land owner will given commercial plot to the

extent of 1% of their acquired land at token

rate of Re 1

►One time financial assistance equivalent to

750 days min. agri. wages –Entire land loss

►One time financial assistance equivalent to

500 days min. agri. wages –Marginal farmer

►Provide training in ITI or approved institutions

upto 2 years between the age of 18 to 45

►Trainee would be paid stipend, expenses etc.

►Obtain employment to one member

►3% of the difference between allotment price

and land will be utilized for public purpose

projects

►The total of private and government land

acquired of each village shall be considered

for the proportionate allocation of this amount

amongst the villages.
