Our TeamOur core team of military planners have AICP certifications, LEED credentials, and security clearances coupled with uniformed military service, as well as project management experience. A culmination of years of planning experience brings extensive knowledge and problem-solving skills to the customer. This team is supported within CH2M by over 200 planners and thousands of architects and engineers.
Our planners routinely support energy audits and asset management services to include real property inventory (RPI) validation, space use analysis, and facility condition assessments. They bring this breadth of experience to the planning process, thereby integrating asset management principles into Installation Development Plans.
The team develops planning initiatives with high customer involvement. Onsite workshops or “charrettes” build consensus on planning concepts and allow stakeholders to meet face-to-face, fostering understanding of mission requirements and related planning issues. By using this method, CH2M ensures that planned outcomes meet customer expectations.
