o Customize your program

– NFL FLAG runs year-round, but we recommend starting your Fall program in September, and your Spring program in April

– NFL FLAG leagues generally run eight to ten weeks

o Five on five, non-contact flag football

o Three downs for a first down at midfield, three downs for a touchdown in the end zone

o Offense consists of both passing and running plays

o Games are 40 minutes long and played on a field 70 x 30 yards
