What we propose is to partner with organiza-tions, in terms of talent acquisition and em-ployer branding. These two aspects will be done through our International Exchange Pro-gram and our series of National Conferences. In return, sponsors and partners will be con-tributing to the community by developing Hong Kong’s youth through leadership, creativity, and team-building skills, ultimately, having a positive impact on society. Professional Traineeships abroad is the core business of AIESEC, as well as what we be-lieve to be, the steepest learning curve for our

members. Internationally, we partner with over 4000 organizations, such as fortune 500 corporations in financial hubs, to non-profits in Africa and India. This ensures that our members are getting enriching work experiences in a quality environment. Our partners have been acquiring AIESEC trainees for over 60 years, which we also see others utilizing. The process is very simple, in which AIESEC handles every-thing from filtering/sourcing candidates, visa applications, to finding the trainee’s accommodation and airport pick-up.

Furthermore, AIESEC Hong Kong organ-izes at least four conferences for its 400+ members on an annual basis. The purpose of these conferences is to gather students from the 7 Local Universities and spend 3-4 days of leadership skill-building, such as effective communication, team manage-ment styles, project planning skills, external workshops, etc. Along with the local delegates, we invite International facilitators to bring in an inter-national environment and external perspec-tive on leadership.

Because of our organizational culture revolving around people, our conferences are very immersive, yet flexible environments. We know that the format of presenting an idea or presentation is important, so AIESEC conferences always have the freedom to incorporate breakout sessions, lectures, small-group discussions, consultations, Q&A’s, ple-nary seating, theatre set-ups, etc. As a sponsor of our conference, we invite organizations to make use of our environment to get the most of AIESEC.

On the right, is a sample agenda of one of our prior national conferences, which we hold on a quarterly basis: January, April, July, and October. These conferences are for 50-200 delegates, depending on the agenda and objective of the conference out-come. For many of the sessions, we invite externals to present the prepared topic and get a feel for the AIESEC Audience, which our past presenters have always testified as “lively, thought-provoking, engaging, and overall fun to be with.” Moreover, we invite organizations to suggest sessions that they feel is necessary for our members further development and would add value to their thinking.
