Bathroom Slipper, Toilet accessories, Shorts 2 sets& 2 Towel, Ambrella / Raincoat

Athletes should bring their own Swimming costumes, swimming goggles, cap etc.

Athletes are restricted to par�cipate within one category as outline above.

All Athletes registered may enter a maximum of two (2) individual events and one (1) relay.

Delega�ons are encouraged to distribute their entry quota across the categories. This will ensure equitable

representa�on among the various events.

Athletes must be at least 12 years old to be selected to par�cipate in the shot-put.

Please note the following requirements for the category 1:

Entries to the 50m run must be greater than 12 seconds for female and 11 seconds for males.

Athletes are not allowed to enter walking events and running events. They must select one method of movement.

Entries to the so:ball throw must be less than 20m for females and 24m for males.

Entries to the standing long jump must be less than 1.20m for females and 1.40m for males.

Category -5:

Besides Marathon and half marathon athletes may also enter one other distance events. The marathon and

half – marathon will be conducted at the same �me.

All entries should be sent through GMS along with the photo of the athletes & Coaches.

Last date to submit the entries through GMS is September15, 2016; late entries will not be accepted.

It is mandatory that Medical certificates of the athletes should be submitted by the September 15, 2016.

Athletes without Medical certificate will not be allowed to participate.

Quota allotted should be strictly followed as per the gender.

The quota has been calculated as per the strategic Growth records up to 2015submitted by the National Ofice.

In case the state cannot fill the allotted quota kindly inform the national office so that the quota can be distr

uted to the other states who request for an additional quota.

States should ensure that the athletes wear their proper uniform while participating in the events (in the past

it has been notice that athletes wear slippers, long pant, shirt etc, and participating in the event this will not be

allowed.

Kindly send qualified coaches or coaches with sports knowledge.

Event Selection Instruction. 1. Athletes are restricted to participation within one category as outlined above. 2. Athletes may participate in a maximum of two (2) events in their selected category only. 3. Category 2,3,4 events do not need to be in sequential distance order. Time Standards. 1. Category 1:- 500m Time Trail Maximum time (No faster Than) 1:05 men and 1:10 women. 2. Category 1 1k Time Trail Maximum time (No faster then) 2:00 men and 2:05 women. 3. 40k Road Race: No slower than 1:25 for men and 1:35 for women. 4. As per the GOC Rules athletes should be 15 years above to be able to participate in the competition

Athletes are requested to bring their own cycles for the NCC cum National Championship.

Last Date:- The last date to confirm your participation is 15 June, 2017. All entries should be sent through GMS along with the photo of the athletes & Coaches. Kindly Note:- Late entry will not be accepted.

Important:- State have to produce Xerox copies of all the certifctes for the records of the National office

Camp Schedule Arrival:- 22nd July, 2017 Morning. Departure:- 27th July, 2017 after 12noon. THE STATES WHO DO NOT INFORM THEIR ARRIVAL DETAILS WILL HAVE TO REPORT DIRECTLY AT THE VENUE.

TRAVEL :- Re-imbursement of travel expenses for Participants will be paid by Na-tional Office as per SAI norms. The Original ticket along with photocopies of the re-turn ticket must be submitted to the camp-in charge after the arrival at the camp. Taxi /Bus Auto or Rickshaw charge if claimed must be accompanied by valid voucher. No re-imbursement will be made without any supporting document. Second class A/C train fare or whichever is less will be paid to the participants

Food During the camp:- Vegetarians Food will be Served in the camp.(Guideline regarding food will be as per the standard norms laid down by the Sports Authority of India

Þ All athletes are to bring their own sports specific equipment & safety gear...

Þ Indiscipline of any sort will be viewed seriously & disciplinary action will be taken...

Þ The National Coaching Camp will not provided accommodation to family member or visitors. Participant cannot leave the venue without the permission of the camp -in-charge.

Þ Family member / visitors (non campers) visiting the campus during the period have to make their own arrangement in private hotel. If requested the host state may assist in arranging accommodation in Hotel on payment.
