Unique Metals Laser clients benefit from the versatility of its dedicated tube lasers which allows extensive flexibility in design, allowing engineers and designers a greater freedom to create innovative components and manufacturing techniques. The tube laser can reduce production times and processing costs of tubular products compared to traditional technologies.
Manufacturing and engineering businesses are faced with increasing cost pressures from local and international competition. The laser tube cutting system streamlines operations and consolidates various fabrication steps into one continuous process.

When coupled with the automatic sheet loading system, this enables Unique Metals Laser to meet customer requirements with outstanding efficiency and accuracy.
PLASMA TECHNOLOGY
Unique Metals Laser have installed a state-of-the-art Kinetic K5200 Plasma combination machine in their Welshpool facility. This investment ensures Unique Metals Laser is well placed to continue its support for local manufacturing.
The K5200 is a heavy duty combination machine offering precision plasma or flame cutting along with the added benefit of machining operations such as, drilling, vertical machining and bevelling.
This ability enables parts to be finished in one set-up with no jigging or work holding devices necessary.By performing all these processes at one work station, we are able to produce extremely high quality parts more efficiently.

Unique Metals Laser is renowned for quality bending of close tolerance parts for all types of industries. With CNC controlled press brakes ranging from 80t to 400t x 6m, Unique Metals Laser can bend parts from your drawing files accurately and in a timely manner.
ToolCell Innovative Automated Bending Cell
The ToolCell makes any bending application easier and more productive, using revolutionary bending automation technology. This significantly reduces tool changeover time, delivering better bending productivity, while the Easy-Form® Laser in-process angle monitoring and correction technology ensures the first part is a correct part.
