Innovative Projects
• Variable Frequency Drive installed in Air Handling Units with return air sensor to control the speed of the motor. Timer is installed to control the operating hours.
• Impeller trimming of chilled water and condenser water pumps to reduce energy consumption.
• Implementation of automatic timers to enable / disable the lights at the Multi Level Parking Lot , Bangalore campus.
• Chiller plant: Installation of auto blow-down valve and chemical free water treatment.

• We hosted Climate Roadmap Sub-National Workshop (South Region) on Indian Cities’ Perspective on Post 2012 Climate Agreement & Actions in collaboration with ICLEI-Association of international government for Sustainability on June 24th 2009 at Mysore, India.
• Mayors and Commissioners of South Indian cities were invited & best practices adopted at Infosys for environment management was shared with the participants.
