4.0 Udaipur Min-Tech Pvt. Ltd., Udaipur The case of Udaipur Mintech, Udaipur was discussed in RA AC dt. September 09, 2015 and identified shortcomings in functional area SE, AQ, RH & SC and scoring less than 40% marks in the aspect- quality of EIAs. The ACO has met the shortcomings by proposing new candidates for balanced FAs which is approved in the RAAC meeting dt. Apr. 06, 2016

Udaipur Mintech was also asked to submit the list of experts associated with them presently and updated QMS, which was submitted by the ACO. On receipt of the same the result is released now.

ACO has been assessed as per Version 2 of the Scheme. Overall Udaipur Min-Tech has obtained less than 60 % marks, hence qualifies for Cat. B projects.

5.0 Building Environment (I) Pvt. Ltd., Navi Mumbai

The case of Building Environment (I) Pvt. Ltd., Navi Mumbai was discussed RAAC meeting dt. Feb. 03, 2016 and observed that the ACO did not cover the functional area SHW (in-house) and HW & ISW (inhoues/empanelled) expert.

The ACO was given a notice of three months to cover the shortfall by proposing eligiblenew candidates which was approved in RAAC meetingdt. Apr. 06, 2016.

Building Environment (I) Pvt. Ltd.has been assessed as per Version 3 of the Scheme andhas obtained more than 60 % marks in overall, hence qualifies for Cat. A projects.
