Rolls Royce – In Service Planning Manager Nov ’14 – May ‘15

Utilised programmes MS Excel and Visual Basic to ensure all stakeholders followed the up to date and most relevant information and maintained this data on a daily basis

Facilitate the building of strong relationships and processes with R&O facilities across all of Defence engine programmes enabling the effective management of R&O work and ensuring that Defence has appropriate R&O capability

Work closely with Project and Senior Project Managers and report regularly Lead the development of tools & processes to deliver cost down improvements for the R&O

related elements of service programmes through leading and chairing daily, weekly and monthly meetings

Coordinate the inputs and lead the Joint Planning Review (JPR) to ensure commitment to the Defence Aerospace Repair and Overhaul (R&O) output requirements via the Defence / R&O Sales and Operating Review Board (SORB), covering both production and In Service programmes

Running the Defence JPR to capture the Defence R&O engine & module arising forecasts for input into the R&O SORB and communicating load changes

Developing & improving interface processes with Defence functions and R&O that deliver world class R&O support for Defence products
