• Didn’t get to go to that much of school

• He taught himself how to speak Latin

• Christopher Columbus’s dad was a wool weaver merchant

• Christopher’s job was to find the new land

• Columbus barely went to school• All he did was help his dad with

his job• The experience of his young life
