3. Murid hendaklah menulis maklumat diri dalam kertas jawapan objektif disediakan.Murid juga perlu mengisikan maklumat konstruk, nombor soalan dan jumlahsoalan seperti yang dibaca oleh guru di dalam ruangan disediakan dalam kertasjawapan objektif sebelum ujian.
