Together, as a team, we reached our goal for the year and everyone will be receiving their second bonus as a result. Let’s have a look at how we did as a company in fiscal year 2019. We are happy to say we had an excellent year in so many areas. One area we did very well in this year was the booking of quality projects. This year we were awarded Horizon’s West Patient Tower with Robins & Morton, Orlando Health South Lake Surgery Center with Evergreen Construction, World Equestrian Hotel with Paramount Construction, Walmart Distribution Center Renovation with Caddell Con- struction and Redstone Arsenal Ops Building #1 with Hensel Phelps Construction. These are all high quality jobs that should produce positive results. The way our field staff ran all of our jobs was another rea- son for a tremendous 2019. The staff on Navy Federal Cred- it Union Phase 2, Fort Gordon ARCYBER Command, World Equestrian Center South, P-154 Triton FOB Hangar, Florida Hospital Waterman, KPMG Global Training Center, Florida Hospital Carrollwood ED, Escambia County Correc- tional Facility, Florida Hospital Tampa Parking Deck and the Center for Advanced Healthcare at Brownwood did a great job working efficiently, as most produced better than expected results. A third area of business that performed very well this year was our Safety Program. Nash only recorded two (2) injuries during the year. Even though the goal is zero, we continue to show improving results. We recorded well over 300,000 man-hours during the year which is about average. However, only recording two injuries is supe- rior considering we recorded 23 injuries back in 2014. Company wide training was another area that produced CONGRATULATIONS! % Continued.....

great dividends for us. We conducted man-agement training, Excel training, Micro-soft 360 training and even purchased a new training trailer to take out to our job sites for classes on PVC, Pro-Press and Safety. These training classes produced a better trained work-force, which made us more safe & efficient.

All these factors combined helped to make 2019 the success it was, as our company appeared to be firing on all cylinders! Because of that we hit our goal to pay out our next bonus at 125%. This is the second bonus of the year & will be paid in our paychecks on 12/12/2019.

Our project ions for 2020 are even more optimistic than 2019! Our current backlog of work stands at just over $80 million, so we should have plenty of opportunities to exceed our goals for next year.

One thing we want to make clear to everyone, 2019 was a team victory and we could not have accomplished these results without every-one’s effort….so thank you all!

YEAR END SAFETY REVIEWWith our new Safety Director, Chuck Smith, taking over the Safety Department from Max King, the bar has been set very high as 2019 was such a great year for Safety. Nash Plumb-ing and Mechanical only had two (2) recordable injuries from October 1, 2018 to September 30,2019. Even though our goal was to an injury-free year, we are happy with this result. We have worked well over 300,000 man-hours during the fiscal year,

so all our safety ratios are very good. One of the main ratios we are measured on is our DART rating. This means injuries that involve missed work and re-stricted duty cases. Our DART rating is off the chart! The na-tional average for companies like us is 2.0 and we have a rat-ing of less than .81, this means we are doing much better than most similar companies in our industry. Another ratio used commonly is the TRIR rate that

measures injuries per 100 em-ployees hired & once again we are less than half of the national average for our fiscal year.

As we start a new year, let’s make it a safe one as well & be sure to welcome Chuck on your job sites when you see him!

Great job team!

Being a Good Stewardwe rise by lifting others

Nash Plumbing and Mechanical, LLC has been a good steward for many years, supporting many various causes. As you may remem-ber, we sent an email to all Nash employees recently to find out what causes are near & dear to your hearts because giving is not just about making a donation. It is about making a difference. We want to make a difference. Please let us know what causes are important to you!

On August 30th, our Charity Coordinator, Brittany King, sent everyone an email encouraging you to let her know what charity you would like for us to support. We heard from just a few of you including James (KUZ) Deaver who requested a donation to 3rd Street Charities which supports domestic violence victims, the homeless & cancer research. Nash donated $250 to that cause. Also, Lisa Woodbury asked to donate funds to help buy books for students in her daughter’s classroom in Dothan, AL & we contributed to that cause as well. Below is a list of all the charitable giving we have done this year. As you can see we donated a lot of money to many different causes. As we have encouraged you to do, please send in the names of the charities important to you! Remember the happi-est people are not those getting more, but those giving more. For it is in giving that we receive. ❤

The Horizons West project in Winter Garden has got off to a great start and is continuing to rapidly progress. The construction teams here on this project continue to operate together as a well oiled machine. This smooth operation is due to the Nash employees along with the other trades on this hospital project. The field staff lead by Doug Fielder including Mike Conway, Raymond Ortiz, Kevin Sullivan, Angel Ramos, Dennis Waidler, Mike Cignarelli and Rodney Growe are pushing full steam ahead. I also would like to personally thank not only the above mentioned guys, but all of the field staff on this project for their continued efforts in safety and production. This field staff is the meat and potatoes of the project for the Nash team. In addition to the project site employees, the BIM department, Fab shop and office staff play a huge role in the success of this project. For that, we from the field would like to say thank you as well to the BIM department, Fab shop, HR department, Purchasing, Auditing department and the Pre-con department. Thanks everyone for a great job thus far! We are looking forward to continuing and finishing strong on yet another successful Nash project. - Daniel Douglas, Senior Project Manager

We are technically almost one year into the CAHB project at Brownwood with only about five months remaining to finish, and we’ve had a good year! So, I’d like to thank all those on our Team that have helped us have such a good year. Thanks to Mike Watley, Project Superintendent for traveling weekly from Georgia to keep our craftsmen and craftswomen on-point each and every day. Thanks to Darold Phillips, Quality Assurance, for spear-heading our testing, inspection and punch-out team; and for working diligently and in a timely manner so that our punch list is never longer than a hand-ful of items. Thanks to Josh Snyder, Safety, for helping to make sure our men and women have a safe work environment and are able to return home each evening in the same health as they arrived; no recordables so far! Thanks to Glenn and his team for making our installations more precise and our crews more productive through timely, complete and detailed shop drawings. And thanks to all our craftsmen and craftswomen for doing all the dirty work! Without your efforts Nash Plumbing and Mechanical would not be the success it is today. Keep up the good work and lets finish this project strong! - Jonathan Brokaw, Project Executive

Thanks to the hard work from my entire crew, the Brownwood Hospital is getting closer to being 100% roughed in on our current contract work. We have all worked a lot of hours to get where we are and dealt with a lot of changes. The men and women on this job are doing a great job representing Nash/ HB Global! I want to give a special thanks to Dan and Denise Fuller for all for their hard work on the cast iron/ water piping. This husband and wife duo do great work and I can’t wait to see the quality of work they will do on the med gas! I also want to thank Jason Hadley and his punch crew for all of their hard work! They work extremely hard to meet the demands of our schedule and stay on top of the contractors punch list!- Mike Watley, Superintendent

Craig always has the “pedal to the metal”! Thanks for all your efforts! - Dwayne Gibbs, Senior Project Manager

As we near the completion of the P-154 Triton FOB Hangar project at Mayport I would like to thank three key members of the Nash team that have helped to make this project successful, James “Kuz” Deaver, Matt Smith, and Steve Conway. With these guys at the helm along with the help of several others along the way are going to complete this project ahead of schedule and turn over a quality product to the United States Navy.I would also like to recognize our startup tech David Sirak for his hard work in getting our HVAC systems up and running. Thanks gang!!! - Chuck Smith, Project Manager

KPMGI would like to thank everyone for their contributions to the KPMG project. Bobby Creed, Nelson Nieves, Alexis Torres, Wilfredo Espinosa and Luis Lozano have all done a great job of keeping our crews pointed towards the finish line. Angel Garay, Luis Vial, Jhonny Lysyj Jr., Jhonny Lysyj Sr., Ricardo Hernandez, Gerges Blanco, Luis Gonzalez, Tyrone Morales, Marcel Jimenez, Deynin Albornoz, Jorge Medina, Carlos Roche and Jose Febo have all worked hard to get this job finished on time. This project is almost complete and we would not have been able to get here without ALL of these employees. - Jake Mullinax, Project Manager

NFCU Phase II ExpansionThe project has progressed exceptionally well thanks to the efforts of the entire Nash crew along with each of our subcontractors, Rays Metal Works, Gulf States Automation, Master Insulation and Dynamic Analysis Inc. We have turned over 60% of the job to the owner and are only a few short months from being complete with the entire project.

We could not have done this without our incredible team: Eric Schlensker, Christian Schlensker, and David Edenburn have been instrumental get-ting all the equipment in Building 8 ready to run and keeping up with loose ends. Nathan Spain, David Rowden, and Ray Witney have been a 3-man chilled beam wrecking crew. Nate, David, and Ray have really stepped up in their rolls and are doing a fantastic job staying ahead of the inspection schedule. Chuck Ritchie, Mike Gann, and AJ Johnson have done a great job keeping up with the all the punchlists while at the same time hooking up PAC units and blower coils in the early turnover rooms. Randy Jefferson keeps stepping up and taking on whatever we ask him to do from labels and valve tags to assisting in manufacturer start up. Mike Miley is always up for anything and brings his infectious positive attitude to the project. Cade Chandler is doing an outstanding job with our QC program and is learning a ton both in the office and in the field.

A very special thanks to Eddie Key for keeping us all on track and always looking ahead to minimize issues in the field. To everyone on the Nash team, you’ve all done an excellent job promoting a culture of safety that has led to zero incidents in over 2 years. - Dave Asendorf, Senior Project Manager
