1. Since only two liters of sample L01 (H3895) were available,one liter was used for sample analysis and the second literwas split in hali for the matrix spike/matrix spikeduplicate,
2. TTL's high level surrogate spiking solution contains <~J 16%toluene in order to increase the soluability of terphenyl.This is the source of the toluene peak in the soil/sludgeextracts.
3, The high level soil procedure was used for the soil/sludgesamples based on initial screening results. The fined volumeof extract was 10 ml and was not further reduced. For thepurposes of calculation this is recorded as a 1 to 10dilution.
4. Total ion chromatograms are included for each sample extract.Surrogate:! are labled "SRG" and internal standards are labled"IS". Any reported priority pollutants are also labled.Several additional peaks were searched (NBS) and thatinformation is also provided.
5. NaiJjthtlena was tentatively identified in two samples. Aspectrum could not be obtained due to apparent
tlon of a substituted phenol.
6. Staple 8pT4 contained a trace amount of 2,4-Dimethyl phenol ata concentration below our method detection limit. The valuereported is an estimated value.
