Dr. Narayan Dutt Shrimali (Paramhansa Nikhileshwaranand
ascetically ) (1933 – 1998, Jodhpur)[1] was an academian andastrologer. He has written over 300 books on various topics.
Dr. Shrimali was born in deep inside region of Rajasthan on 21 April1933.He was attracted to ancient Indian mystic literature and haddeep longing to revive the ancient Hindu culture. He started as ateacher in a school but later went on to the Himalayas to attain moreknowledge about his passion and aim of life; the ancient knowledge ofHindu religious texts.
He is widely considered as the reviver of astrology & has earnedrespect for this subject in India. Apart from Astrology, he is alsoconsidered as the one of the most prominent authorities onMantra,Tantra,Yantra,Ayurveda.At the same time he is alsoconsidered to be a contributing reviver of these subjects as well asintroducing them to the general poulation.
It is widely believed that he met several highly elevated Yogis in theHimalayas and Tibet during his sanyas period and acquired intricate procedures to attain various siddhismentioned in religious texts and made them public for common people's knowledge. Among his followers he isconsidered the person responsible for bringing the intricacies of ancient sadhana procedures to the generalpublic's knowledge.
Dr. Shrimali was married to Bhagavati Devi at the early age of 12. He was inspired by the ancient Indiansciences such as Mantra and Tantra from his childhood. His eagerness to learn the ancient sciences made himleave his home and search of masters in the Himalayas. He wandered in the Himalayas as a Sanyasi. Afterlearning various occult studies such as Mantra, Tantra, Yantra, Surya Vigyan, Hypnotism, Ayurveda, Palmistryand Alchemy from various sages, he finally had the chance of meeting his Guru Paramhans SwamiSacchidananda in Siddhashram. He became complete master and enlightened; His Guru ordered him to go backto his family life and spread his knowledge to the common society. He took up the arduous task of removing themisconceptions of Mantra and Tantra in the society and making the secret knowledge of Mantra, Tantraavailable to the common man. He left his mortal frame on 3 July 1998.

Dr. Shrimali was nominated as the President of the World Astrology Conference from amongst representativesof various countries in 1979, and was the president of most of the astrological conferences that happened in
India since. He presided over the World Astrological Conference in Delhi in 1995.[1] In 1987 he was honoredwith the title of "Tantra Shiromani" by the Para-psychological Council. In 1988 he was honored with the title of"Mantra Shiromani" by the Mantra Sansthan.
Dr. Shrimali was honored with the title of "Maha Mahopadhyay" [1] in 1982 by the then Vice-President of India,
Dr. B.D. Jatti. In 1989 he was honored with the title "Samaj Shiromani" [1] by the then Vice-President of India,Shankar Dayal Sharma. In 1991, he was honored by the then Prime Minister of Nepal, K.P. Bhattarai for hisunique and singular work in the social and religious fields.A.Dale
Mantra Tantra Yantra Vigyan magazine
In his quest for spreading the knowledge of mantra, tantra and various other sciences, Dr. Shrimali started thenow defunct monthly magazine Mantra Tantra Yantra Vigyan in the year 1981. Initially the magazine wasavailable in Hindi and English. The English version was later discontinued.
The magazine contains Dr. Shrimali's speeches given to his disciples, various mantric and tantric sadhnas(rituals). The articles published in this magazine are aimed at providing material as well as spiritual fulfilments.
