Absorber plate

The absorber plate is influenced the performance of the collector. The following properties are required

for the quality of absorber plate:

• High heat sink ability,

• Low heat back radiation,

• Low internal flow resistance,

• Corrosion resistivity,

• Good heat transfer capability of working fluid,

•Temperature resistance.

Aim Determine the usefull energy of the collectors

It is a hard work, because:

-Collectors efficiency are not constant,

-It is depending on the weather.

We need to calibration before replace the solar system installation.

That’s why

•  NAPLOPÓ is running under Windows operation. It is developed by a Hungarian

company.

• It can be used for testing solar hot water system and swimmingpool heating too.

• Work with Hungarian meteorology data. The incoming radiation, ambienttemperature, wind flowing, humidity, soil temperature, probability of weather.

•The software is calculating with the variant angle and orientation of solar collectors.

And geometry of sun’s movement.

Calculation cycles of calibration

There is opportunity to calculate for different terms. Like daily, monthly, yearly or a period.

The software simulate the weather condition.

The results can be seen on figures and compare to the previous result.

Cycles:

- Daily: we can chose the month of the year and day of the week and also the weather condition.

- Monthly: The weater condition can not chose it is simulated by the software.

- Yearly: From 1 jan. to 31 dec. The weater condition and month can not chose.

- Period: We can set a period of the year, like for summer or winter season.

- Heat of collectors and Sun,

- Efficiency of the system,

- Solar share,

- Heat gain(hőnyereség), - Heat loss,

-Traditional energy.

• Loss of pipline (friction losses between the pipe and water from point to piont)
