• Cylinder of Naph machine rolls on full hard bearers which provides additional aid for true rolling of printing cylinders, also it makes impression setting much easier and accurate where as those machines do not have bearers.

• All the Naph machines have special housing type bushes for blanket cylinder on – off sleeves to save main frames of the machine from severe damages, also these bushes are easily replaceable where as in other machines either the blanket cylinder sleeves move directly in hole made in frame or they provide a ring which is very difficult to replace. Also, Naph uses hardened sleeves made of special steel.

• In Naph machines all the moving shafts like roller on-off shafts, impression on-off shaft, circumferential adjustment shaft etc. are provided with PBI bushes where as in Goss type machines all the shafts are not provided with bush. There are some shafts which moves directly in the hole made in the body which damage the frames.

• In Naph machines, especially in color printing units, each and every plate cylinder has its own circumferential (RCR) adjustment like in 4 Hi tower all the 8 plate cylinders have their own circumferential adjustment where as Goss type 4 Hi have circumferential adjustment only on 4 plate cylinders.

• In Naph machines, circumferential (RCR) adjustment is provided on the operator side, which makes it quick and easy for operator to achieve color registration where as circumferential adjustment in Goss type machines is at the gear side and the operator has to go behind the machine to operate.

• In Naph machines, if you want to adjust plate sideways, only the cylinder will move where are in Goss type machines plate cylinder moves along with the plate cylinder sleeves, which with the time results in wear out of the hole in the main machine body frame, in an uneven shape.

• In Naph machines, main printing cylinders rolls on helical gears, which are meant for better power transmission where as in Goss type machines, main printing cylinders have spur gears.

• Naph machines are designed with ample space for operator to work on the machine like removing blanket, setting rollers etc. making machine more operator’s friendly then Goss type machines especially in 4 Hi towers.

• Pneumatic controls, Brush mist dampening, Disc type pneumatic brakes are regular features of Naph machines.

• The concept of PENTA to print 4+1, as compared to 3c-stack, is a great option, as the color registration keeps unchanged through out the job irrespective of speed and reel diameter. Penta with in built underneath reel stand makes it match less compact unit delivering best print results occupying minimum space.

• Naph makes heavy duty type three cylinder folders having 2:2:1 system i.e. folding drum and Jaw drum double diameter and cutting cylinder single diameter. This system of three cylinder is world proven and well tested which makes it trouble free and does not require even a highly qualified technician to make adjustments where as Goss type folder are based on two cylinders system which comparatively more troublesome and difficult to adjust.

• Naph specialize in making successful high speed quarter page folders to give regular third fold to give A4 size folds on line and in making double parallel (D.P) folder along with on line cross and parallel perforations.

• Naph supplies mechanical expandable shafts for holding the reels. Where as Goss or Orient substitutes are supplying the reel shaft with chucks which are hammered into the reels.

• Pneumatic Reel Loading System or Hydraulic Reel loading trolleys makes it very easy to load reel on the Reel Stand.

• Apart from this we make machines of any cut-off size which is technically possible because we design of our own which gives us edge above others.

• We have already made web offset machines with cut off 430mm, 450mm, 460mm, 508mm, 533mm, 546mm, 560mm, 578mm, 585mm, 630mm, 660mm and 762mm. This shows the strength of Naph in design and its continuous effort to ease and provide the customers with the specific and best possible solutions.
