CONFERENCE DESCRIPTION An international conference that provides education to occupational therapists, physical therapists and speech language pathologists. Educational content addresses the specific needs of the neonatal therapist and may be of interest to all neonatal caregivers. Speakers will provide intermediate and advanced evidence-based content. This event will now take place online. Conference instructional methods include lectures, videos, case studies, demonstrations, and handouts. There will be a question and answer session during the live conference. A learning assessment and course evaluation will follow.

CONFERENCE DETAILS NANT COMPLAINT POLICY It is the policy of the National Association of Neonatal Therapists (NANT) to respond to customer complaints, disputes, and issues swiftly and to take each complaint seriously. NANT promotes a quick, decisive and accurate response to all inquiries, questions and concerns brought to our attention. All complaints must be filed in writing (email or handwritten) and sent to the NANT Customer Support Specialist, Kristie Passage, at [email protected]. The NANT Customer Support Specialist is responsible for responding within 72 hours M-F to written complaints. She will draft responses to customers/members and the Director of Operations will be cross copied on all responses. NANT will keep a central file of complaints and responses for one year from the registered complaint. Any complaints not resolved to the satisfaction of the customer/member will be dealt with by the Director of Operations within 24 hours M-F.

NANT REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY FOR NANT 10 ONLINE If NANT 10 is delivered online, there are no refunds or cancellations. Content is accessible through 7/31/20. If the event is not held online for a reason beyond the control of NANT i.e. force majeure, NANT will make a determination on a case by case basis, including whether the event is being rescheduled. CONTINUING EDUCATION CERTIFICATION PT- NANT PRE-CONFERENCE The Pre-Conference Session is approved for 3.75 contact hours from the Ohio Physical Therapy Association (OPTA) for continuing education in Ohio. PT- NANT MAIN CONFERENCE The Main Conference is approved for 15 contact hours from the Ohio Physical Therapy Association (OPTA) for continuing education in Ohio. NANT is recognized by the New York State Education Department's State Board for Physical Therapy as an approved provider of physical therapy and physical therapist assistant continuing education. SLP NANT PRE-CONFERENCE The Pre-Conference offers 0.35 ASHA CEUs (Intermediate level; Professional area). Learners must complete the entire Pre-Conference session to receive ASHA CEUs.
