EXT. PARK. DAY (2 P.M.)

Darrius Allen is walking with his friend in the park. Clouds of thunder start to approach.

DARRIUS’ FRIENDDamn, ain’t a storm comin, eh?

Darrius Looks up to the sky.

DARRIUS ALLENAhh, don’t be scared. Its only thunder and lighting.

DARRIUS’ FRIENDTrue, that, it’s not like thunder’s gonna strike; plus I doubt if it’s gonna strike before we get home.

DARRIUS ALLENDoubt that. The thunder clouds are rolling in quick man.

Darrius and his friend proceed to run home quick before it starts to thunder. Suddenly they’re out of breath and they notice something strange in the thundercloud. Suddenly a quick bolt of thunder comes down and strikes Darrius and his friend is blown away by the strike. Darius lays there unconscious for 1 minute.

DARRIUS’ FRIENDDARRIUS! Are you okay?!

Darrius does not respond for 3 seconds. His friend slowly walks up to him. As he touches him, Darrius wakes up with a strange glow in his eyes.

DARRIUS ALLENWhat the hell happened? I feel weird…

DARRIUS’ FRIENDYou just got struck by lightning. And a weird glow just appeared in your eyes…

Darrius looks around. An electrical system inside him is booting up and tells him that lighting speed is detected and installed. After, Darrius looks around and can weirdly recognise street lighting and any other electrical thing around him.

Darrius speeds off at an impossible speed of running. His friend gets scared.

DARRIUS’ FRIENDDarrius… where have you gone?

Suddenly out of nowhere, Darrius comes out of nowhere behind his friend and scares him

DARRIUS ALLENWOAHH! I think I can run fast. Faster than the speed of light…

DARRIUS’ FRIENDOkay, I MUST be seeing things too. That lighting strike affected both of us, we should go.

DARRIUS ALLENNo, we aren’t seeing things. That lightning strike was weird… it’s like… that lightning stike… gave me… power…

DARRIUS’ FRIENDOk, it seems you’re brain’s spinning out of your head but… I think we should…

DARRIUS ALLENGo? Nooooooo. Come back to the park. Im gonna test out this, cause it’s feeling dope right about now!

DARRIUS and his friend run to the park to test Darrius’ speed.

DARRIUS runs at the speed of light and is gone again. Little does his friend know that Darrius scares him again.

Darrius steps infront of his friend an looks at the playground.

DARRIUS ALLENWanna see me run to the playground and back?

Darrius just stops there

Darrius and his friend laugh.

DARRIUS’ FRIENDCome on, lets go.

DARRIUS ALLENOh damn! I forgot! I need to be somewhere in a flash! Catch you later, just text me yeah?

DARRIUS’ FRIENDOkay. See y…

Darrius runs off in a flash, literally. Opening credits of the movie come on as he is running.
