Participants will visit the NEW Human Performance Lab (UToronto downtown) once a week for 4 weeks (4 visits @ 90-100 min, 1 week part) get a good workout and valuable diet and genetic information that affects your sports performance! Study runs days/eves/weekends now until June.
Study Participants should:
Be a healthy male 18-35 years (strictly)Be involved in any major sport (e.g. triathlon, team sports , winter sports, tennis etc) or high-intensity training (e.g. mountain-biking, Cross Fit)Be involved in this training or sport for 3 years or more, at least 8 out of 12 months each year and training 8+ hours per week (in-season)
