ThemeaningofKha’la’qainlanguageis1. “tocreateor to initiate thecreationofanythingwithoutanexample”.Anything inventedby the

humans is imitationofAllah’s creation. Allah isAlKhaliq andHis creation isPerfect.Anythingmadebythehumansneedstomodifiedoverperiodoftime.NoahA.Screatedthefirstship.ItwasAllahwhoinspiredNoahA.S.tobuildtheship.

Before Allah created the human being, Allahmade thedecreeandestimatedforallthecreationinthePreservedTablet.OnethousandyearbeforethecreationoftheheavenandearthAllahcommandedthepentowritethedecreeofallthecreationtilltheDayofJudgmentinthePreservedTablet.WearecreatedbecauseAllahdecreedforustobecreated.

AlKhalaaqisanexcessiveform.Itmeans“Theonewhocreatesfromonestagetoanotherstage,fromonetimetoanother”e.g.thecreationofmankindfromthedropofsementoababy;thenthebabychangestotoddlerthentoteenager,thencomesyouthandfinallyoldageetc.Allahgaveprovisiontothemanineachstage.ItalsomeansthevastnessofAllah’screation.ThereiscreationofAllahthatwecannotseee.g.Jinn,angelsetc.AlsothereiscreationofAllahthatwedonotevenknowabout.

• WhenAllah created the humanbeing; all the creation is created from themale and female buttherearethreeexceptions.

o Allah created Adam A.S. without any father or mother. washollow.ThenIbleeswentinandoutofAdamA.S.andheunderestimatedit.ThenAllahblewHis soul inAdamA.S. andAdamA.S. sneezedandsaid “ALhumdulillah”and itwassaid to him “YarhamukumAllah” ( first words said and heard by Adam A.S.) Then Allahtaught AdamA.S. all the languages, names of all the objects, names of all the offsprings,namesofalltheangelsandnamesofeverything.).Allahthenshowedsomeobjectstotheangelsandaskedthemthenamesbuttheangelsdidnotknow.AdamA.S.waselevatedduetoknowledge.AllahaskedAdamA.S.totellthenamesoftheobjects.AfterAdamA.S.toldthemthenamesthenAllahcommandedtheangelsandIbleestoprostratetoAdamA.S.ButIbleesrefusedtoprostrateashesaidhewasmadefromfirewhileAdamwasmadefromclay.ThenAllahcastedIbleesawayashedidnotdeservetolivewiththeangels.

o AdamA.SwasalonesoAllahcreatedhiscompanionHawaA.S.fromtheribofAdam.HawaA.S.iscreatedwithoutanymother.TheProphetSAWtoldthementotakecareofwomenandtoldthemtobelovingtothemastheyarefragile.

o TheotherpersonisIsaA.S.whoiscreatedwithoutanyfather.HismotherisMaryamA.S.whoisadevoteeHerheartwasconnectedwithAllah.Sheisthepurestofthewomenassheisolatedherselfforworship.ThenameMaryammeansworshipper.ThenAllahsentJibreelA.S.intheformofveryhandsomeman.AssoonasshesawhimshesaidIseekrefugefromArRahman.JibreelA.S.toldher,heismessengerfromAllahandhecametogivehergladtidingsofason.MaryamA.S.repliedhowcanshehaveasonwhensheisnotmarriedandsheisnotabadwoman.JibreelA.S.toldherthematterisdecreed.MaryamA.S.isachastewomen and Allah protected her. Allah made Jibreel A.S to blow the soul of Isa A.S. inMaryamA.SandduetothisMaryamA.S.conceived.WhenIsaA.S.wasbornhespokeasababy.ThistoowasamiracleofAllah.

• Allahcreatedthemanners.Wethinkthemannersareacharacteristicsbutactuallyitisacreation.AllahcreatedthecreationandHecreatedthemanners.SoifwewanttohavemannersweneedtoaskAllah.Inlifeourphysicalcreationisnotimportantbutourmannersareimportant.

• Allahalsocreatedtheactions.Oneistheactionsinsideourbodye.g.ourheartbeat,functioningofeachbodypart.Theother isoutwardaction i.e.walking. Inordertodoanyactionweneedtwothings:

o 1.Intention/motive.

o 2.Power

BoththeabovearefromAllah.WeneedtohaveintentionandbetruthfulandneedtoaskAllah.AllahwillthenbringittousandHeisabletomakeustodoit.

AllahtellsusintheQuranthatAllahcreatedusandHecreatedouractions.
