Manufacturer’s Warrantee Certificate

We, the Manufacturer, warrant that all materials and equipment being finished under 

this proposal shall be new and free of defects in workmanship and materials, and shall be

of the kind and quality specified in the technical specification. If within the time period of 

24 months from final acceptance. The purchaser discovers defects in workmanship and

or material and so notifies the supplier promptly in writing, the Seller shall have the

responsibility to dispatch the technician (with interpreter if required by the Buyer) and

provide supplementary accessories within twenty (20) days from the date of receipt of 

written notification from the Buyer. all expenses for accommodation, lodging, travel, etc.

and round-trip air ticket for the technician (and interpreter, if any) shall be borne by the

seller in the event that the Buyer require any technical assistance to carry out further 

testing and commissioning the machine in your country to train and/or to provide any

other technical assistance as may be requested by the Buyer, all expenses for 

accommodation, lodging, travel, etc. and round-trip air ticket for the technician (and

interpreter, if any) shall be borne by the Buyer. The Seller shall dispatch the technician

(with interpreter if required by the Buyer) within twenty (20) days from the date of receipt

of written notification from the Buyer.
