Focus on communication skills with customers and the evolution of customer service. Students will also receive foundational knowledge in the field of marketing, how to brand and the essentials in the world today. Entrepreneurship & Event Planning (10th) Students are introduced to the exciting and diverse hospitality and tourism industry. Customer-focused services are examined in business areas such as: hotels, resorts, food and beverage operations, convention centers, sports and recreational management, travel agencies and cruise lines. $ Internship $ Students participate in a supervised work experience of a minimum of 240 semester (paid or unpaid) in a position within the NAF program area of Hospitality.
