• 2000 : MBO with financial support of Chequers Capital.

History• 1957 : PHILIPS ELECTRONIC creates the company under the name SODERN (Société Anonyme d’Etudes & Réalisations Nucléaires) to market THERMOCOAX branded products to the Nuclear industry.
• 1962 : Opening of the Planquivon production plant in Normandy.
• 1982 : The company was renamed THERMOCOAX
• Early 90’s : In addition to the Nuclear, the ADS (Aeronautics, Defence & Space) market is approached.
• 1998 : THERMOCOAX was sold out by PHILIPS and took the decision to diversify its business in new additional high tech market sectors such as Semiconductors, Analytical and Power Generation (Turbines).
• 2000 : MBO with financial support of Chequers Capital.
• 2005 : MBO with financial support of TCR.
