Core HR has been redesigned to takefull advantage of a user configurable'data dictionary', meaning HR have thetools to add, change or edit fields andlocalise the fields based on country /company requirements. Talentia delivers an innovative andnew way for users to optimise themanagement of their people in asecure, GDPR-compliant environment.
Simple, flexible and easy to use, CoreHR will increase the user adoption ratewhile decreasing the total cost ofownership.
Why we built
this Module
This exciting new module will become the newheart in our suite of modules. Completelyembedded within our existing Talentia HCMplatform, it will control the framework that drivesthe solution.
This includes process configuration, userpermissions, structures, analytics and reporting,form layout and code management (e.g. global orlocal).
There is a single point of entry to the system andusers can easily navigate to the various modulesand resources through the dashboard.
