• The 2-Day Workshops begin on Saturday at 8am and end at 3pm on Sunday. • The Week-long Workshops begin at 12 NOON on Sunday and end Friday evening at 4pm.
If travel plans dictate a need to arrive a day early, dorm accommodations are available (see fees on left).The week-long sessions officially end with the student performances from 12pm - 4pm on Friday.

The balance of fees should be paid (postmarked) by JUNE 1st. Cancellations are refunded in full minus $50 deposit. We reserve the right to refuse registrations as space limitations require us to limit enrollment.
Applicants 17 and under must submit a Code of Conduct agreement outlining a Parent/Guardian consent and assumption of responsibility. This form is available online or one will be mailed to you upon receipt of this application. BOTH the parent/guardian and student must read, understand, and sign this agreement.
Upon receipt of your application, we will send you a registration packet by E-MAIL with all pertinent information and FREE Jazz Handbook. Application and enrollment implies agreement to abide by all Summer Jazz Workshops and University rules and regulations.
