Moving out of the safety of their forest, the Erde family decided to take a chance at building a new life for their daughter Demeter in Maladoreias. King Vayne Solidore

was well known amongst the elven tribes; he is what they call a Light Elf. His magic is what made his tribe stand out, they are able to use the power of the sun to form an

unbeatable sword of pure light. As a result of the Solidore tribes alignment they often have golden hair and fair skin.

Vince: We are pleased to have your daughter Demeter enrolled at our prestigious school.

Anteas: Thank you, I want only the best for my daughter.

Vince: Our school is indeed the best there is.

Anteas: Gaia, my love I do hope that this little one will be my heir. As a Merchant in the Political arena, it is essential to have someone to carry on for

me.

Gaia: I am sure that this will be your heir, I have an innate sense about these things.

Anteas: I know you do, its one of your many talents.

Anteas: I will work extra hard for you my heir.

Gaia: Dont work yourself too hard my love.

Anteas: Of course not my dear. Just hard enough.

Gaia: I am glad.

Anteas: Perfect, this will help me open up my first business. I will call it Gaias Green Earth after my beloved wife.

Gaias Green Earth is the fifth player-owned business in Maladoreias and it will help out in the requirements to unlock the Business District that Darius Van Braun hopes

to have.

And it rose in ranks quickly and soon became one of the favoured stores of the king and queen. Anteas made sure his employees knew that the king and queen were not to wait

too long for service, even if he had to step in and take care of the other customers so they would not be forgotten.

King Vayne: Well done, this is perfect for the kingdom. We need a flower shop.

Anteas: Of course Your Highness, as an Earth elf we have a rapport with nature that few can match. I expect the demand for flowers will grow as the kingdoms

children begin to grow up. Surely they will need flowers for their weddings.

King Vayne: Ah, a forward thinker. I need more men like you in my kingdom.

Some flowers were more popular than others. Anteas was taking careful notes on what sold fastest and what didnt. He wanted to make sure his merchandise moved quickly through the store so he could provide a better future for his daughter and unborn heir.

And soon Gaias Green Earth was ranked 10 thanks to this unfortunate looking human giving the last needed star. It was time to head back home to await the birth of

his next child.

He made it back home just in time, his wife finally went into labour in the kitchen.

Anteas: Are you well my love?

Gaia: I will be!! ARGHH!!

Demeter: Oh mommy!! Are you alright?

Gaia: I am sweet flower; its almost over.

Gaia: You look just like your father my beautiful son

Anteas: What shall we name him?

Gaia: Bramble; I like that name. Little Bramble, or Bram as he will probably come to be known as. My son.

Demeter: Hes so little

Gaia: So were you at one time. I hope I can count on you to help him learn and grow.

Demeter: I will mommy! Ill be the best teacher and big sister I can be.

Gaia: Im glad to hear that sweet flower.

Gaia: I have not seen any elders around here

Robin: We dont live here, its a place called Townie Land. Its far from this place.

Gaia: I see, that is good to know there are other human settlements around.

Robin; Quite; this is a nice little town.

Anteas: An elder you say? Intriguing.

Gaia: Yes, she was a nice old woman.

Anteas: Hmm, perhaps these Townies would be willing to assist with child care?

Gaia: I am not sure, I dont think we need a nanny, I am capable of taking care of the children.

Starting with a child in CAS gives a huge advantage. Since the other households are already two weeks in to their rotations, the Merchant classes would be behind so

because of that, Demeter will be the first teenager in Maladoreias and once the next round starts everyone will be on the same level. Genius isnt it? Thats why both

Merchant classes had kids out of CAS. And I had CAS points saved up anyway, not sure of how many but it was enough to make six in CAS.

Anteas: Happy Birthday baby girl!!

I added a garden since they had so much empty space on the other side of the lot, they will probably also open a grocery store that will sell extra produce as well as the stuff

you can place from Buy mode. Next we see the other Merchant class family.

Like the Erde family, the Vesis also came to Maladoreias in search of a new life for their son River. Aqua and his wife Miru were familiar with the tribe that the king belonged to and had a kinship with them. The queen came from a branch of their Water elven

clans, ones that bore the deep blue of the oceans in their females hair. Aqua was one of the queens clansmen. Miru came from an elven tribe that was more closely tied to the snow and ice of the mountains, the silver hair is the symbol of her tribe. Mirus tribe were matrilineal so females were preferred over males because they had the stronger

magic.

They were an artistic family as well, and the money provided a decent nest egg for Aqua to start his own businesses here in Maladoreias to help create the much desired

business district.

Aquas first business reached rank 10 quickly; Fountains of Fun provided the kingdom with beautiful outdoor fountains and bars to decorate the vast, empty backyards of most

homes here. His second business, Seating Arrangements also reached rank 10 rather quickly with some difficulties along the way due to many unhappy customers

complaining about the lack of qualified sales personnel. He got some good advice from Anteas Erde about making a successful business that he took to heart.

It helped him when it came time to get River into the same private school as the Royal and Noble children. River had made friends with many of them and he wanted to go to school with his new friends. Aqua wanted his son to be happy so he did everything he

could to make that happen for him.

Lorraine: Im glad you got in River, it wasnt the same without you there.

River: Thanks Lorraine, I missed you guys too.

Lorraine: I heard you have a new baby sister. Whats she like?

River: Shes so cute.

River: Mommy wants to make her the heir, I dont know what that means since daddy said the same thing about me. She has my skin tone and moms hair, they called her

Lake.

Lorraine: I have two brothers and a sister, I cant imagine only having one sister.

River: Its okay, I like being the older brother.

And the next day River brings home one of Lorraines triplet brothers Marty. This kid sure is popular with the Noble born kids. I like how he knows everyone in all five

houses now.

Miru and Aqua were still discussing who would be heir, on one hand River is nearly old enough to begin learning the family businesses, on the other hand, Miru wants to preserve her matrilineal heritage and make Lake the heir. Ultimately, both kids could carry on if Lakes husband would be willing to take her name instead of having her take his. They had some time still to finalize their choice; the kids were still young.

jump! This is going better than I had hoped for only being two rotations in.
