MyExperience: the first stemglasses to be tested with neuromarketing (a sensoryanalysis based on neuroscience that isalready widely spread in the USA) byCIAS Innovation, Centro Italiano di AnalisiSensoriale. Neuromarketing detects the emotionsoriginating when tasting wine with a speci-fic glass, demonstrating how and to what extent a vessel influences the taster’s perception. Through the neuromarketing tests carried out at the Vinitaly trade fair, we have tested all aspects and subconscious reactions from which the choice of a specific product originates and that are caused by its use : elements that cannot beperceived by the traditional sensory analysis that is rooted in rationality and consciousness. MyExperience has been compared with other well known stemglasses in the tasting world : what emerged is that MyExperience produces a very high emotional reaction in the consumer, who is carried away by the pleasant feelings that the product conveys, aside from being an idealprofessional tool: shapes and bowldiameter ratio allow wine aromas and structural characteristics to emerge in an optimal way. The new sensory analysis unconvers the subconscious, this is the big news. We are proud we could contribute, through ourconstant research and our drive to improve ourselves, to pave a new road parallel to the traditional, widespread tasting tools.
