Job General Role:
Responsible for overall implementation of human resources strategy and service provide an oversight of all the HR functions and processes across departments and
projects
Main Duties
1- Develop, and review policies and procedures of the HR functions in each operation as well as the general corporate policies
2- Supervise the HR coordinators in all projects who provide specialist expertise and ensure that they follow all procedures, maintain confidentiality of sensitive data
3- Responsible for enabling and coaching the HR coordinators to deal with the various enquiries of the line managers and the employees in a professional manner
4- Advise managers on all employee relation matters including discipline, capability, grievance, absence control, redundancy, appraisal, harassment, etc
5- Ensure problems are dealt with speedily and at the lowest level in accordance with laid down policies
6- Advise managers on staffing structures and job design and provide guidance on job evaluation, job descriptions and specifications
7- Monitor and and analyse data including turnover rates, absence, manpower cost, and report to line managers with recommendations for future action
8- Manage and administer the exit interviews process followed by a developed thematic turnover analysis to be reported to management on frequent basis
9- Manage and administer the hiring process including credentials, contract, and archiving system
10-Responsible for administering and controling the casual workers’ attendance, wages and payments across the projects
11-In charge of HRIS function including analysis phase, testing phase, integration of the HR applications as well as the post implementation services
12-Serve as primary guidance to the Bidding Department in its pricing process and prequalification submission
13-Manage and administer the HR call center unit to maintain a sound level of responsiveness
14-Ensure all data of employees are maintained, updated and develop new reports that can assist the management in their decisions
15-Ensure the hr coordinators are appropriately trained in all HR administrative procedures, and fully aware of the HR policies
16-Responsible for the training and development of the HR coordinators, carry out appraisals and ensure the achievement of the annual objectives
17-Maintain an up to date knowledge of the employment law
