1 Introduction This document is a reference document for public to use MYCRS System. The system functions that will be described in this document consist of:

§ Registration on page 6. § Account Activation for Pre-Registered User on page 10. § Login & Logout on page 12. § Forgot Username on page 13. § Forgot Password on page 15. § Profile on page 17. Allow you to update profile information.

1.1 Intended Audience A registered public user of MYCRS system.

1.2 System Requirement Users are recommended to use the following browser when accessing MYCRS systems.

§ IE browser version 11 or above. § Firefox browser version 64 or above. § Chrome browser version 71 or above.

2 URL Information Please browse to https://mycrs.posdigicert.com.my/

MYCRS is best viewed on a screen with 1366 x 768 resolution or higher using Chrome and Firefox.

3 Registration This section will guide you on how to register as MYCRS user.

1. At MYCRS page, click on REGISTER menu (Top Right). MYCRS will display registration page.

2. Fill in your profile information accordingly. Click on NEXT STEP > button.

To return to MYCRS page, click on icon.

3. Fill in the account information accordingly. This is your credential information. Please

remember as you will need this when login to MYCRS. Click on NEXT STEP > button. o Username is your login identity. o Password is your login password.

To go to previous page, click on < PREV STEP button.

4. Fill in security information accordingly. Please remember as you will need this as reference

when login to MYCRS and Forgot Username function. Click on NEXT STEP > button. o Security Image and Security Phrase is for you to verify upon login. This is to make

sure that you are accessing the correct MYCRS website. To go to previous page, click on < PREV STEP button.

5. Please verify your information. Click on “SUBMIT” button to finish the registration.

To go to previous page, click on < PREV STEP button.

6. MYCRS will display your registration status. MYCRS will send “MYCRS Registration Account

Activation” email notification. You have to activate the account prior to login to MYCRS.

7. Open the email and click on URL link to activate your account.

8. To login, enter your username and click on Next button.

9. Please make sure the display image and security phrase is correct. Enter Password and click on

Login button. To change entered username, click on Back button.

10. MYCRS will display homepage.

4 Account Activation for Pre-Registered User This section is to activate and set your MYCRS login account. This is applicable when you purchase certificate at Pos Digicert counter or others purchase the certificate on behalf of you.

1. To activate MYCRS account, click on the link in the email entitle “MYCRS Certificate Request

Email Creation”. Note: If you do not receive the email, please call Pos Digicert customer care at +03 8800 8008 and ask them to send you the “MYRS Account Activation” email.

2. Please fill in credential and security information accordingly. Please remember the

information because you will use this information upon login to MYCRS website. o Username is your login identity. o Password is your login password. o Security Image and Security Phrase is for you to verify upon login. This is to make

sure that you are accessing the correct MYCRS website. Click on CONFIRM button. MYCRS will display message “Are you sure to PROCEED?”. Click on OK button. MYCRS will display message “Your account is activated. Please login using your username and password”. Click on OK button. You will be navigated to MYCRS website.

5 Login & Logout This section will guide you on how to login MYCRS.

1. At MYCRS page, click on LOGIN menu (Top Right). MYCRS will display login page. Enter

username and click on Next button.

2. Please make sure the display image and security phrase is correct. This is to make sure that

you are accessing the correct MYCRS page. Do not proceed if not correct. Enter your Password and click on Login button. To change entered username, click on Back button.

4. To logout, point cursor to your name and select Logout menu.

6 Forgot Username? This section will guide you on how to request “Forgot Username?” from MYCRS.

1. At MYCRS page, click on LOGIN menu (Top Right). MYCRS will display login page. Click on

Forgot Username? link.

2. Fill in the information accordingly and click on SUBMIT button. MYCRS will display message

“Confirm request for forgot username?”. Click on CONFIRM button. MYCRS will display message “Reset Username link has been sent to registered email successfully”. Click on OK button. MYCRS will send “MYCRS Reset Username Notification” email notification. To return to MYCRS page, click on icon.

3. Open the email and click on URL link to reset your username and password.

“Confirm all fields are correct?”. Click on CONFIRM button. MYCRS will display message “New Username and Password successfully updated”. Click on OK button. Please login using your new username and password.

7 Forgot Password? This section will guide you on how to request “Forgot Password?” from MYCRS.

1. At MYCRS page, click on LOGIN menu (Top Right). MYCRS will display login page. Click on

Forgot Password? link.

“Reset Password link has been sent to registered email successfully. Kindly check your mailbox”. Click on OK button. MYCRS will send “MYCRS Password Reset” email notification.

To return to MYCRS page, click on icon.

3. Open the email and click on URL link to reset your password.


“Confirm to reset your password?”. Click on CONFIRM button. MYCRS will display message “Password successfully updated”. Click on OK button. Please login using your new password.

8 Profile MYCRS allow user to update profile information. This information will be auto populate by MYCRS during certificate request.

1. At MYCRS page, click on LOGIN menu (Top Right). MYCRS will display login page. Enter

username and click on Next button.

2. Please make sure the display image and security phrase is correct. This is to make sure that

you are accessing the correct MYCRS page. Do not proceed if not correct. Enter your Password and click on Login button. To change entered username, click on Back button.

4. To update your profile, point cursor to your name and select My Profile menu.

5. Update the information accordingly.

§ If you want to add image, click on Select image... button and select appropriate picture from your computer.

§ To change the picture, click on Change button and re-select appropriate picture form your computer.

§ To remove the picture, click on Remove button Click on CONFIRM button. MYCRS will display confirmation message “Confirm to update your personal information?”. Click on Confirm button. MYCRS will display message “Your personal info is successfully UPDATED”. Click on OK button.
