Project required developing standard and custom KPI Fiori apps as per requirement and making them working before demo. Follow the standard document for configuring standard apps. For custom apps take requirements from functional team for modelling the view and build the app.

Role: Fiori Apps Developer /HANA Modeller

As a Fiori Apps Developer /HANA Modeller, the role starts from gathering the requirements till delivering the products to the end user. The process includes checking the industry group to which the apps belong then to analyse whether apps are custom or standard. If standard then following the respective sap document for enabling the apps. In standard apps the source of data is from HANA Live Views or Standard BW query. Install the BW query if it is not installed. For custom apps I had to gather requirements from functional team for modelling Calculation views and using those views for enabling Custom apps.

Responsibilities:Getting requirements from functional team and analyzing it to ensure that all information is available for development.For standard KPI (analytical apps) explore the standard document provided in help.sap.com and develop the apps.Activate BI bundles in embedded BW system and activate any BI content objects required to proceed.In most cases BI content query is needed to be activated.Generate easy query if it is required for development.Develop the applications, add the tile to the Launchpad and ensure that the app is displaying data.If the app is not displaying data then analyze the calculation view which the app is using and find the underlying tables which dont have data and report it to the functional team for entering data in those tables.In case of custom apps get the requirement for modeling the Views.Create calculated columns and input parameters if any is required. Get other information like KPI ID, Evaluation ID, Odata service to be consumed ,etc from functional team for developing the custom appsDevelop all the apps of a particular industry before deadline and make all the apps working before client demo.Finally work on any enhancements requested by client.

Project Description: Siemens

The requirement from the client was to develop 2 UI applications:-Master data entry-To develop a UI that displays data from multiple source systems(currently one) and displays it on UI .The UI contains multiple tabs with each tabs having some fields. The fields which receives data from source system needs to be non-editable (dynamically) and the fields which are empty needs to be maintained by user. The data entered by user should be saved in the backend tables or calculation view.

WBS mapping-Create a local WBS structure and a standard WBS structure(getting data from a calculation view) .when you enter or select a WBS element from local WBS structure it is mapped to standard WBS structure and if the WBS element is not present in standard WBS structure then it should be saved in the calculation view.

Role and Responsibilities: SAP UI5 Developer /HANA Modeller

As a SAP UI5 Developer/HANA Modeller the role starts from gathering the requirements till delivering the products to the end user.For my use case direct interaction with client to gather requirement which comprises of both backend and frontend requirements. Prepare a technical specification document and submit it to client.Since for this application data is coming from multiple calculation views so with join of all this calculation views to model a single CV which will be a source for data to be displayed on UI.Develop an end to end UI.Create a main view for initial screen which will ask for a source system ID and project definition ID .For a combination of these 2 fields data is displayed.Implemented a value help dialog box and value search for the input Source system ID and Project Definition ID which will provide suggestion of all the source system IDs and Project Definition IDs.In the detail page maintain logic for dynamically making all the fields non editable which get data from source system.In the detail page maintain logic for saving data entered through UI in backend table or CV.Writing oData service for displaying data on UI.For the saving functionality update property of oData is used.Implementation of create for adding a new row to a table, update for updating records for selected rows and delete for removing selected records from table structure by using CRUD(Create, Read, Update, Delete) operations of oData Service. Writing XSJS service for populating data.

B.TECH in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) 2014 from CEB, Bhubaneswar (B.P.U.T) with 73.5% aggregate.12th from Stewart Science College (C.H.S.E) with 68.7%. 10th from S.C.B Medical Public School (I.C.S.E) with 87.3%.
