Pleasing to God• Praise Him—in prayer and in song• Proclaim the soul-saving message of the
gospel to others• To offer words of encouragement to one
another• To exhort, rebuke, and reconcile

blessing and cursing• Never pleased when we use our tongue
for gossip, lies, expressions of bitterness and anger, idle talk

kindness and calmness whether I think they deserve it or not. I didn’t deserve the salvation God so graciously gave me. Let me speak to others as I would want them to speak to me.
