HOW TO TRACK A BOOKING, BILL OF LADING, AND EQUIPMENT

After logging onto MYSEABOARD to track a booking, equipment, or bill of lading, under

Tracking click on Quick Trace:

Tracking a Booking

When searching for a Booking; select booking from the drop-down list and enter the

Booking Number (e.g., MIA9999999A) and click Find:

The Booking details will display information like routing instructions, parties, bills,

generals, equipment list, and tracking details.

Routing instructions display the port of load, port of discharge, origin, destination,

and vessel/voyage information regarding the booking.

Parties display the shipper, forwarder, and consignee information.

Bills display all bill of ladings associated with booking number. You can view the bill

of lading details by clicking on the bill of lading number.

Generals displays the booking type, load type, commodity, and pricing reference.

Equipment list displays all equipment information size/type, equipment number,

gross weight, cargo weight, etc.

Tracking details display equipment transactions associated with the booking

number. These milestones include when equipment was loaded on a vessel, unloaded

from the vessel, in gated, out gated, etc.

Tracking a Bill of Lading

When searching for a Bill of Lading; select Bill of Lading from the drop-down list and enter

the Bill of Lading number (e.g., 9999999A) and click Find:

The Bill of Lading details will display information like routing instructions, parties, bills,

generals, equipment list, and tracking details.

Tracking an Equipment

When searching for an Equipment; select Equipment from the drop-down list and enter

the Equipment number (e.g. SMLU999999) and click Find:

Your equipment information will display, and you will be able to the information saved

when you configured your template:

The equipment information displays equipment number, size/type/class, bill, and

booking number.

Equipment History displays equipment transactions associated with the

booking/bill of lading. Examples of milestones that will display are loaded on a vessel,

unloaded from the vessel, in gated, out gated, etc. Click on Export to Excel to view

equipment activity in Excel.

Recent Searches

Recent Searches displays a list of the five most recent searches made.

Click on the bill of lading, booking, or equipment number, and you will be

redirected to the search result (e.g., booking details, bill of lading details, or

equipment history).
