A cumulative experience in both commercial (Sales, Marketing and Market acess) and managerial scopes in multinational organizations with ability to operate and achieve in cultural diversity.
Awarded for my roles in Sales, Marketing and Managerial operations across Middle East region and global reporting ones .

Awarded “Best Defense Marketing Strategy” among Gulf region for Plavix – phamrmaceuticalproduct , 19.8 M Euros per year.
Managed the implementation of a major program (Performance management) for Emirates Post , A 750 Million Dirhams revinue organization.
Chosen among a staff of 7 trainers to contract with Dubai government HR institute on handling all the government development plan for firstliners and middle management layer in more than 9 authorities.
Initiated and delivered to the middle management staff of HH Shiekh Mohamed Bin Rashed Al Maktoum’s Office (Ruler’s Diwan).
Initiated and managed a performance curriculum followed by performance appraisal and rewarding system for ERA Egypt that was implemented on 130 employees .
