Scene 1- Hailey's HouseThis scene will consist of 40 seconds in total, focusing on Hailey waking up and seeing that her parents have gone to work. She will then descend the stairs with her suitcase and exit the house.

I have chosen this location to be Hailey's house because it is a moderate sized house which gives the impression she has money and is capable of owning and running a car at a young age. Not only this but her bedroom with the colours included will reflect a Teenage girls life. There are not a lot of poster or teddy bears which show she is of a mature age and gives a sense to what she likes, colour wise. The room is tidy which shows she is a neat person who likes things to be as they should be. The objects such as the alarm clock and music system, blankets and pillows are all common items within a bedroom which show the Hailey's character is on time to places and likes comfort. This describes her as someone in control and the ringleader of this trip.A key point to take in, is how the alarm is set. It shows she has planned for this moment, the alarm does not sound when the parents are in but not to soon after they have left, giving Hailey enough time to get ready and anticipate when everyone else should be ready.

Scene 2 - Hailey's Car.This will be simply the boot of the car, the driving seat and front of the interior.

I have decided that this should be Hailey’s car because it is a Black Mini Convertible. Considering the age she is, this is an expensive car to own and insure indicating that Hailey has a good relationship with her parents. From the layout of her room and style of her house, it is clear that Hailey comes from a family that work hard. The same can be said for Hailey and to show this she is rewarded by having nice things – the car and nice friends. Not only this but she has had to plan each stage of this trip, the route, the times, the flights, the hotel. She is able to ensure all goes to plan and everyone has a great time. I choose to use this car to show the summery vibe in the winter months and the small ness foreshadows the closeness of the group.

Scene 3 – Abi’s HouseThese are the shots of the car pulled up outside of Abi’s house, Abi’s hallway and front of house.

I have chosen this to be Abi’s house because it has very close walls which is excellent in creating the sense of not being caught. The three rooms I will shoot are in the shape of a triangle showing how close Abi and her farther are to each other- space wise. I chose to shoot Abi’s dad walking to the bathroom to show the audience how time is now moving on and people are waking up. The sense of knowing that Abi’s dad is in the house and awake creates a lot of tension and it will be learnt that Abi isn't the quietest person. Abi is a body conscious person but very chatty and I think the house will resemble that in the sense you can hear everything.

Scene 4 – Nicks HouseWithin this scene shots of Nicks breakfast table, phone, mum and himself will be taken. Outside the house I will need to shoot him getting to the car from his house and then into the house. The car will be shot having stopped as James appears in the street. Once James is in the car the group will then head off to the airport.

I chose this street because it shows an average living housing area which relates to my character. He is not posh nor poor. He is an average teenage boy living in a busy neighbourhood. This neighbour hood relates to community and how my character is close to his family and his friends.

This shot reviles the phone in which Nick uses.It shows he uses an IPhone. I chose this phone because it is not the latest make which shows that this character is not into expensive possessions, He uses his phone to stay in touch with people he cares about.

I have used this location for Nicks breakfast, because I wanted to create a happy house hold. Nicks character is warm and caring but also funny. I wanted to show where he gets his personality from through his home life. Therefore I have set the breakfast table for himself and his mum to sit down together and talk. The house isn’t spotless to show that they both lead busy lives, yet can sit down and enjoy time together.

These shots show the car driving and stopping down the street in which Nick lives. I kept this street to show lots of houses. This shows that Nick is part of the middle class community and his society and life isn’t any different to the majority of the audience to this type of film. There are many cars parked down the road which allows the main car to blend in and not cause suspicion, creating no sense of panic for the group as they await Nick.

Scene 5- AirportThis will be a quick shot to tell the audience where the story will start.

I have decided to choose Bournemouth airport to film for my Movie. I chosen this one as flights here are limited. The airport is not as bigas other such as Heathrow and therefore not as expensive. It is key that it would be believable for these friends to go on holiday. Also in comparisonto where this is being shot and the time period I have it is more realistic to film somewhere close by.Due to the age of my characters the budget they would have for this holiday would not mean they could afford America. But Spain is more possible.
