Resting place for the bag after brewing

The spoon is used to add sugar if wanted. Ends up on the floor occasionally since it wobbles on the saucer along with the cup. After the tea is brewed it is often used as

a tong to get the last drops of tea out with the help of the tea string and fingers.

From 27 people observed at Gallery Espresso 9 had to fish the string out of the hot water.

The label adds weight and prevents the string to fall in the

hot water, but from those 27 teas only 12 had the label when they

were served.

The ProblemDrinking tea requires FOUR SEPARATE items

EmotionalNeeds

At birth the spine of an infant is C-shaped

Can be a major contributing factor inner ear infections in infants.

First Several Months strong neck muscles help an infant hold up their head.

Six Months - up the lower back curve and his muscles develop so that he can stand upright.

Laying infants flat on their back stretches the c-curved spine into a straight line, against their natural shape.

Laying flat can stress the baby’s skull, decrease muscle tone, and be stressful on their hips and spine.

William is a happy and outgoing baby that is veryattached to his mom. His dad works, but spends

a lot of time taking care of the kids. On week daysit is mom who pushes William’s stroller, but onweekends when dad is there, he is the one in

charge of little William.

New spaces and experiences put William understress, this is why his parents always put him in hisstroller facing them and little William gains instant

confidence. A safe baby, is a happy baby.

Redesigning a playground in Chacao, Caracas, Venezuela. The project consisted in redesigning an existing playground to make a more interesting one. It had to have at least three different games or playground stations.

The social area at the existing site is bigger than the actual playground area. The fountain provides water for the whole playground, including the water fountains.Behind the fountain there is a back room where the filter, motors and pumps for the fountains and plaza are located. The ages of the kids who come and play frequently at the part are between 3 and 10 years old.

The area is 24.84m long by 9.30m weight andit is currently supplied with two small woodenplay stations. It is not close to been enough for the amount of kids that come on a daily base to the park.

Where the play stations are the floor is sand, when it rains it becomes a real issue becauseof the puddle formation (specially at the endof the slide and the swings)

The park has two good size trash cans, but they are located too close to the where thekids play. Finally there is not enough roombetween the wall and the wooden playgroundfor the kids to play without hitting themselvesagainst the walls.
