At the same time she is slightly mocking this concept as you Whoopi pulling a quite inelegant and comical facial expression maybe trying to convey other parts of her character. There is a contrast between the pure white of the milk and the dark colour of her skin which highlights the beauty in her complexion . Another key way in which Lebovitz tries to highlight different sides to Whoopi's personality is through the setting. Specifically they way in which is set in unluxurious quite informal bathroom creating this idea she is down to earth and unconventional personality.

This is an image is of Leonardo Dicaprio with a swan draped around his neck . A theme Lebovitz it trying to convey through the image is of the classic story of swan lake. Conveying this idea that Leonardo is the prince in search for his love. The black and white effected used on the image makes him look captivating. It also makes Leonardo look a lot more mature as at this point he was still very young and wanted to be taken as a serious actor. The setting is simple and out of focus so you are more focused on Leonardo.
