Our treatments have been carefully designed to relax and fulfil our guests, and our award winning Neal’s Yard Remedies Organic products are uniquely formulated from certified pure organic essential oils, making them suitable for different skin types and ages.

Before your session begins, your therapist will consult you on your health and lifestyle so that treatments can be tailored to your specific needs. Your therapist can then pass on some useful aftercare and product advice to you at the end of the treatment.

Our facials are suitable for all skin types due to the gentle yet effective nature of the products & techniques used.

Pollutants and impurities are removed with a deep cleansing wash formulated to balance, nourish & moisturise. Skin is left glowing as dead cells are removed using a gentle exfoliator over the face and hands. The skin is then refreshed with a cooling toning mist. Next, a rejuvenating oil is massaged deep in to the face, neck, scalp and décolletage before applying a mask bursting with minerals, nutrients and anti-oxidants to help protect against skin damage. Eyes and lips are soothed with a nourishing treatment rich in fatty acids, and finally the skin is deeply moisturised leaving you ready for the day.

Our 60 minute facial goes that bit deeper into the cleansing and draining process, and more time is taken over the massage.

This intensive massage works deep into these high tension areas. The skin is prepared with dry brushing to stimulate & detoxify. A circulation boosting body scrub is worked into the skin to remove dead cells, and then refreshed with hot towels. Finally, we encourage you to unwind and relax with a deep massage using a nourishing body oil. This treatment is perfect for those looking for localised stress relief.

This treatment delivers divinely smooth, silky glowing skin.We begin with a stimulating body brushing, designed to generate blood flow to the skins surface and drain away impurities and toxins. This is followed by a luxurious full body exfoliation; a real treat. We finish with a deep conditioning butter applied with gentle massage motions, unwinding and relaxing you with each movement, leaving your skin firm and rejuvenated.

This beautifully relaxing treatment is a favourite amongst our clients. We begin with a warming and gentle effleurage to the face, neck, shoulders, head and scalp using the nourishing rejuvenating facial oil. A toe tingling treatment is then delivered to the scalp as your therapist gently works the pressure points from the forehead to the base of the head. Attention is then paid to the back of the neck and shoulders, removing any high tension knots and relaxing those problem areas. This lovely treatment is finished with focus on the acupressure points across the face.

This firm full body treatment begins with dry brushing to warm and detoxify the skin, bringing impurities to the surface. We then apply a scrumptious body scrub over the back to remove dead skin cells and boost circulation. Tingling skin is then refreshed with hot towels. An organic nourishing and conditioning body oil is massaged deep in to the muscles, kneading and relaxing the whole body at a pressure guided by you. This treatment can be adapted to suit the individual and work on personal key areas of tension.

As with the Relax Deep Tissue Massage, we begin this treatment with a thorough body brushing and exfoliation to warm and detoxify the skin. We then apply the scrumptious body scrub over the back which removes dead skin cells and boosts circulation. Tingling skin is then refreshed with hot towels.

A restorative and heady mix of aromatherapy oils designed to suit your mood is then massaged in to the body, scalp, hands and feet, melting away stresses and calming busy minds. This massage is not as penetrating as the Relax Deep Tissue, so it is ideal for those with delicate areas of tension or in need of emotional release and mind relaxation. This heavenly treatment will lift your mood & reward your body.

A relaxing hand or foot soak is followed by gentle cuticle work to tidy and prepare nails which are then filed.

We then apply a conditioning skin exfoliation treatment (and foot rasping for feet) over the whole hand or foot (up to the elbow or knee), removing dead skin cells. This treatment is then followed with a nourishing hand or foot massage.

You will then choose either a nail paint* or nail buffing (for those not wanting a paint) to finish.

For those who opt for a nail buff, more time is taken over the massage. For those who opt for the nail polish, a base coat is applied before two layers of your choice of colour, and then finished with a top coat to help prevent chipping.*Unfortunately our nail polish and top coats are not always organic.

At a time when it is needed most, this indulgent organic 2 hour top-to-toe package leaves mums-to-be feeling refreshed and suitably pampered. Enjoy a gentle full body & bump massage with refreshing face & scalp treatment, using the relaxing Mother-To-Be Aromatherapy Oil.

To rejuvenate hands and nails… This therapeutic treatment begins with a warm hand soak where energy is drawn from the head to the hands and the body begins to calm itself. We then apply gentle stretching and relaxation massage movements to the head, neck and back. Nourishing exfoliator & butter is massaged in to the hands & arms, and finished with a warm towel compress. This treatment is especially helpful smoothing hard-worked skin, soothing aching joints, and nourishing dry hands and dry, flaky nails.

Our 20 Minute Treatments

Wellness begins with your feet… This foot treatment is not your usual pedicure. Rather than being cosmetic, this is a therapeutic treatment which results in nourished, pampered and healthy feet. We begin with a warm foot bath, where energy is drawn down from the head to the feet and the body begins to calm itself. Gentle stretching and relaxation massage movements are applied to the head, neck and back. The feet are exfoliated with a scrub and a lymphatic massage is applied using a refreshing butter. This restful and recuperating treatment can be performed either in lying or sitting and is beneficial for all. We find it’s particularly useful in pregnancy for easing swollen, puffy ankles and tired aching feet.

Feel good and look gorgeous; this nail file & polish* is combined with a relaxing massage treatment up to the elbows or knees. Perfect for treating the teenagers, a girly pamper session, or as something quick yet relaxing for those on a budget or restricted by time.*Unfortunately our nail polish and top coats are not always organic.

An ideal treatment to refresh and revive the complexion leaving it moisturised and glowing. The face is cleansed and exfoliated, and a nourishing mask or massage (to suit your choice) is carried out with stimulating facial oil. This lovely treatment is finished with an application of eye cream and deep conditioning moisturiser.
