My exposition on plato's allegory of the cave and divided line and its relation to the transpsychic mode with method for accessing transpsychic perception.

Transcript of My Personal Enlightenment Method

"Western discovery of the Chinese civilization must be credited to seventeenth and eighteenth-century Europe where Jesuit missionaries spread Sino-mania far more successfully than they evangelized the Chinese. Confucius was translated into Latin during the late 1700's; the neo-Confucian dualism of li and chi influenced Leibnitz; Voltaire kept a portrait of Confucius opposite his desk at Ferney. The Enlightenment saw China as the Platonic ideal of the secular state governed by the rational philosopher-king, but it showed no appreciation of Chinese literature." --Kao Shi by Marie ChanWhile looking for a keyword transpsychic I came across a few sparse references to a "Transpsychic modes of being". In contrast to Mythic mode, Clairvoyant mode and Sensory mode. What I found strange was that someone claimed that this Transpsychic mode was referred to by Plato.I cannot say I recall ever reading Plato specifically say the word: "Transpsychic". Then I realized it was implied.I realized that the Allegory of the cave and the Allegory of the divided line combine to reveal the hidden methodology which I will later lay out step-by-step, but most importantly, by doing so, I will illustrate something more important and thus prove my method for "enlightenment". Since this is a document and not a blog, I will refer to what is written in more detail on the subject matter by giving a link which talks about the allegory of the divided line: http://www.informationphilosopher.com/knowledge/divided_line.htmlLet me now explain a few key points:Eidetic memory is a rare form of memory where you can pull up memory like looking at a slide show. For example, in Tantra, Eidetic imagery is moving imagery. There are mudras and methods to develop the ability to stop the movement of images. For example the four sealing mudras below:

The word idea is indeed derived from Eidos, but the ordinary Greek use of the word eidos is wrong. Just as one might say that Xing means "form" or "shape". As in XINGYI. When used alone, I suppose this meaning suffices, but if you look at Plato's own words, he seems to agree with the proper use of Shape and Form:.Episteme means "to know". Epistemology means "Knowledge". One problem here is that Plato was primacy of consciousness, which basically means like in Marxs dialectic or in Hegels dialectic, to change meanings to suit your purposes. That there is no objective reality and everything is subjective. All the books attributed to Socrates were in fact written by Plato, who was the teacher of both Plato and Aristotle, it seems rather strange, that the father of the criminal mind, would put such a supreme effort to prove Socrates thought different than him.Aristotle was the father of empiricism. This also doesnt help. I'm hoping that you are getting closure on the situation. That something is amiss here. I will clear the issue up in short time, without going into all the history and complexities of the various philosophical systems and the technical details. We have common sense on our side. East Indians are indo-Europeans. Europeans are Europeans. And we speak English. You are reading English so I'm assuming we have this understanding between us.The terms Know and Knowledge and Idea, we are all going to tend to agree on what we think these words mean when we use them. Although I must remind you that Think is not Know, and thinking is more moving than the Unitarian abstraction of "Know".Eidos, or Idea is a verb, recall that I said that eidetic imagery in Tantra is moving imagery. Tantra is really at its core, is just a form of mentalism. Which contains various methods such as mnemonic. For example. The tantric alphabet has influenced the writing systems of Tibet, Korea and Japan as well as few others. Korea boasts of 100% literacy forgetting that a mnemonic writing system was adopted by people like the Tibetans to fill in various mental and cultural deficiencies.Tibetans on average compared to other cultures, tend to speak later on in life. Recall that in ordinary dreams or small dreams, when you try to interrupt the dream it stops or you wake up. Likewise, usually a hypnogogic or hypnopopic image incidentally forms in your mind, it tends to move or fade away. Hence, moving imagery.Notice that in the link it says that there is another root word for Eidos which means "to have seen".We can see in contrast here that the lesser used meaning is where we have to focus our interest. Which is the source for some confusion. To "have seen" means to have seen within the background of the inner mind. The figure-background of Gestalt psychology. If we understand an Ideogram to contain the word idea and thus is "moving" then all Ideograms are verbs. Ideograms are concretizations that were originally Unitarian abstractions e.g. Pictograms. Concrete means they are Sensible accessible by the Sensory mode of perception. When we take verb or ideogram and noun or pictogram, we see a pretty even balance of these types of characters in Chinese. What is left are generally are pronouns and adverbs. Well, pronoun contains "noun" and adverb contains "verb". Excuse the oversimplification.I guess sometimes the obvious is not so obvious. The issue here is of polarity not grammar. Sure we have prefixes and suffixes but Chinese grammar is very simple. There isnt even a gerund in Chinese. If we see a Noun as pure yang and a Verb as pure yin then what are adverbs or pronouns? A simple Cartesian logic matrix suffices:

Another cultural issue. The Greeks thought down was up and up was down. They took the elements and linearized them, reducing the system to spirit and matter or air and earth. We wont go too much into this, suffice to say, since I am talking about the Allegory of the divided line, it bears at least mentioning why this line has Spirit on one end and Earth on the other.Whitehead called this the Fallacy of misplaced concreteness. Otherwise known as Delusion. We see the Greeks main purpose was to over think things that eastern man simply knew. The Allegory of the divided line and the Allegory of the cave specifically are not of Greek origin. They are methods that were plagiarized secretly inherited through other spiritual systems. Its funny; I cant actually recall ever reading anything written by Plato that specifically mentioned any Transpsychic mode or transpsychic perception.Yet, when I thought about, it was obvious. It was more of an equivocation. A philosophical solitaire, where what you have left is what you have to work with. I have actually only won Vegas style solitaire a bit over three times. The issue here is that Xing satisfies the Greek usage of EIDOS as form or shape. However, other than Episteme, there is this other meaning, "to have seen". If we divide a line between the Intelligible and the Sensible then we see the figure-background come out like a stereogram i.e. Closure: "Those that can be seen but not thought, and those that can be thought but not seen".To "have seen" is not empirical. It is not Primacy of consciousness nor is it Primacy of existence! Socrates did not teach these concepts to Plato or Aristotle! Generally, Chinese characters are used to describe non-ordinary things.. Xing does not mean form or shape at all in the way people may assume. Xing is Gestalt. When you look at a stereogram, you just see dots, when you take a Polaroid of a stereogram; you have a picture of dots. If you watch someone reading a book of stereograms, you see someone looking strangely at a book of pictures of dots.Where does the picture "form" or "shape" if its just a bunch of dots? It "is seen" inside the mind (Xin or Saam). Besides, if optical illusions exist, the senses are fallable, empiricism fails. "Xing Yin Xing": where does your lap go when you stand up?

The "sky is blue" is a tautology. "Water is wet" is a tautology. Chinese is a dead language; the meanings of words do not change over time. So there is no need for interpretation. If you are interpreting you are not in the same perceptual context. Those who do not know traditions can be ridiculed as peasants. The epistemology here, is not empirical, the figures must form in the background of the inner mind, the heart, XIN.Now we can redefine Logograph as "you dont know what it means". We only have a hint or clue as to the meaning. In the classic example of Occams razor, we are told, that when we hear galloping, we think horses not zebras. But, the XING of horse "MA" is the same for a horse or a zebra. Or a unicorn or a Pegasus. They all would cast the same shadow. A wooden horse would cast the shadow of a living horse.A Pegasus is a horse with wings. A horse nonetheless. Even imaginary things have form. Can a thing exist without any attribute to belong to it?Xing as form or shape is still not empirical. Figure is a much better meaning figure. To form a figure against the background of the inner mind (xin) is the definition of gestalt. The shadow of a wooden horse is the same as the shadow of a living horseRefer to the description of horse and horseness at: http://www.qcc.cuny.edu/socialSciences/ppecorino/INTRO_TEXT/Chapter%202%20GREEKS/Plato_Republic.htmI think Ive covered enough of the introductory sections and now onto the method section. The method:In realizing (synonymous with enlightenment) the method, I also realized I could use this as an technique to rather than "remote view" with Chinese characters, to remote view Chinese characters. After all that, the method at least as a hint, to supplement the logographs is rather simple and easy to understand. The allegory of the divided line introduces all sorts of problems. But the implication is simple and easy to comprehend. That this is an allegory to MATHEMATICAL PROGRESSION.What does mathematical progression have to do with the transpsychic mode? That just it, that is the method! Combining essentially the Allegory of the divided line and the Allegory of the cave. I will explain the specific details in a bit. What I will use to close this up, will be the description of a flower essence, that you can use to facilitate the whole process. Before I go further, let me comment on the mathematical progression. This is something that been in pretty much every method or system Ive read over the years. Yet no one ever explained it in this manner. That is why I am taking credit for it. We could call this an autogenic method. Progressively tensing and relaxing the body in sections from the feet to the head. I always thought this was stupid. However, recently, I realized the secret component of Taoist shape shifting centered around a simple concept. Dividing the body into sections. In a ratio of 12, 16, 24, 36 as I explain on my blog here:http://lassiezfaire.blogspot.com/2013/09/taoist-shapeshifting-made-easy-draft.htmlThere are four phases of elementary mathematics: Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication and Division. So the four elements or four phases of the transpsychic mode is a mathematical progression from addition, to subtraction, to multiplication and lastly division.Addition: A variation of the autogenic method is suggested, where you touch the body from the toe to the head with the tip of your index finger of an imaginary right hand. Where the finger touches, both sides of the body inch by inch progressively from toe to head is relaxed.Subtraction:Next you make yourself minute; a smaller version a few inches tall of yourself is created in your mind then stands beside your head. This is where the allegory of the cave comes in as method, in principle. Multiplication:At this stage you are functioning as the minute, subtracted self and performing actions. Here you facilitate the Allegory of the cave by producing a screen in front of your face, by pulling down a movie projector screen in front of your face. Division:This is the stage where the Allegory of the cave comes in as method, as procedure. In other words the inside of your skull is the cave. You then re-enter your skull seated in a cross legged position and view the screen in front of you as if you were seated inside your own head looking at a movie screen in a cave. This completes the basic explanation of the method for accessing a Transpsychic mode of perception. By combining the techniques taught at Eleusis, which was transmitted erroneously as allegories. As far as how to use it. Thats not what this basic intro is about. However, remember, that the whole point of imagining a glowing white screen, is to strengthen the Etheric double, which the Egyptians called KA. What the Chinese call HUN.At a high level, the KA can actually physically interact with reality, which is why a hole was placed in the burial chambers for the KA of the Pharaohs to exit. How's that for eternal life? This qualifies as the "passive mode" of Transpsychic perception. Much better than tricks to obviate the guesswork using phonetic, mnemonics or context guessing erstaz-mentalism gimmicks passing themselves off as reading, writing and speaking.I guess this is as simple and profound as I can make things. Any issue that was around the mainland of china brainwashing or indoctrinating Hong Kong children with education programs is now mooted. Confucius spoke Cantonese, not mandarin. Cantonese has its own word order when using Chinese characters. "WILD YAM: This ties the 3rd Chakra (the will) to the part of the mind where thoughts are seen, manifested visually; with a white bar of light energy. It helps you to visualize your will by clearing out all the things in the way. After the bar of light forms, light shafts & tendrils go out throughout the body, enlightening every part." -- Source: Taliloquay essencesI realized I left out my comments on Kenosis and Kenosic, but in short realize that Kenosis is the next level above "To have seen" which is above in rank to Eidetic in Tantric terms. There is also something to be said of the Divine will and Personal will, that I will leave for another time.Combining the sections above, you should have a pretty good idea of how things really work and a clue on how to solve the Chinese box paradox, as well as reconcile the many issues of philosophy and religion. And you will be more qualified to understand the issues and subtleties of FU and Amulet magic. I opened up with that quote for good reason. The need for a folkloric basis in order to "have seen".
