Date June 15, 2015 To whom it may concern, My name is Danny Gong and I am the founder of a Sign Language school called DeafJapan. Our focus is to provide the Deaf and Hearing community a Visual way of learning language, bridging the cultural differences between Deaf and Hearing people, promote the significance of Sign Language as a visual and as an artist language. I am writing this letter of recommendation for Mr. David X. Salazar because of his diligent work in DeafJapan from April to June of 2015. His duties as Sign Language teacher were: 1. Organizing and preparing weekly lesson plans. 2. Teaching American Sign Language and English to non-native English speakers. 3. Creating lessons for students and teaching remotely via SKYPE. In addition to his teaching responsibilities, he has strong base of computer skills and knowledge. I remember corresponding him via email before he came to Japan and all of his responses were quick and appropriate. Mr. Salazar has proven that he can communicate very clearly, responds quickly and follows directions very well. If you are considering Mr. Salazar for a position in your company or organization, I highly recommend him. For the three months that he has worked in DeafJapan, our students were very excited by his lessons and it encouraged them to continue study hard. Observing his teaching style and work, I can say with confidence that Mr. Salazar is very adaptable, responsible, quick to produce results and reach deadlines. Also he was able to show his self-sufficient prowess by managing to communicate and problem solve technical issues with my students. I strongly recommend that you take him into consideration. Please feel free to contact me via, phone, email or Skype for any follow up questions. Regards, Danny Gong www.deafjapan.com [email protected]
